Jasper understood what Alyssa meant.
He felt for her and hugged her, saying, “I know that it’s because of Tatiana. All you are doing is to prevent the marriage alliance
between her and the Schmidt family.”
How well he understood her actually made her feel sad.
She mumbled coyly in his arms, “What I hate is... is that I’m still not powerful enough. This is the only method I could think of.

The man had his back against him. He was bending forward and breathing heavily. It was obvious that he wasn’t in optimal

Jasper raised his brow. He thought that the figure looked extremely familiar.
