Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted by Eleven Jewell

Chapter 1338
Keegan pinched Stella's palm, gesturing for her to keep it down.
Trevor did not want to bother with such matters, but unfortunately, it happened at Jaylene's birthday party. So, he had no choice.
After the crowd went away, he asked Marshall, "How would we handle this? Do you want to call the police?"
Marshall then looked at Molly. "What do you want to do?" he asked.
Molly clenched her teeth and replied in a cold tone, "Get him out of here!"
The male stripper felt like he had just escaped death. Then, he immediately grabbed his clothes and left.
Stella sighed and added, "We just let a criminal get away."
Molly's eyelid twitched. She wished that she could just rush over and tear Stella’s mouth off.
Then, Marshall said to Molly, "We're heading outside. Get freshened up, and I'll take you home in a while."
"Okay," Molly said while gritting her teeth.
After they went out of the room, Marshall said to Trevor," Trevor, could you take a look at the surveillance footage for me? I want
to find out what happened."
"Sure," Trevor responded. When he turned around, he looked at Keegan, who was standing next to Stella, and said," Keegan,
come with me. You have sharp eyes."
Keegan was taken aback but felt pleasantly surprised and soon followed.
'Hmm...
Til take that as a compliment.'
So, he gladly agreed.
Once the three of them left, Stella felt bored and decided to return to her room.
Just as she was about to turn around, Jaylene called out to her.

"Stella, wait a minute."
Stella paused. She had deliberately tried to steer the situation against Jaylene earlier because she heard the stripper mentioning
he noticed her listening to his conversation with Molly.
She was unsure if Jaylene knew that Molly planned to drug her. But, considering how Jaylene had discreetly tried to stop Molly
from saying anything wrong, Stella figured that she was not entirely innocent.
Stella wondered if Jaylene stopped her from leaving because she wanted to confront her about what she did.
However, she was not afraid at all.
Unexpectedly, Jaylene did not mention what had happened earlier. Instead, she just asked her to wait.
Jaylene turned around and went back into the room. After a while, she came back out with two bags.
"I didn’t see you anywhere when we were cutting the cake earlier. Did you not come forward because there were too many
people?"
She handed the bags to Stella, as she spoke. "I prepared two slices of the cake for you and Ms. Thompson. I appreciate both of
you very much for coming to my birthday party. I hope that what happened today didn't make you feel uncomfortable."
Stella sized Jaylene up.
Her gaze was sincere, as she spoke clearly and politely. She did not look like she was holding any grudges against Stella at all.
Stella could not figure out what Jaylene was thinking at that moment. Suddenly, she felt like her cautious behavior seemed a little
petty in contrast to how Jaylene was treating her.
After remaining silent for a moment, Stella thanked her and took the bags.
When Stella reached out to take the bags, Jaylene lowered her gaze and suddenly said, "Stella, your bracelet... is beautiful. Can
you tell me where you bought it? The red color looks nice.”
Stella was taken aback. She glanced at her bracelet before looking at Jaylene. "I didn’t buy it. It was a gift," she pursed her lips
and spoke.

Jaylene seemed somewhat disappointed before she said, "I had a similar one too. It looked pretty much like yours. It was even
blessed by a priest. Keegan saw me wearing it when we had a meal together back then, and he liked it too. So, I gave it to him."
She smiled before she continued," Keegan and I seem to have similar tastes. We both like this kind of bracelet."
Stella paused.
