Chapter 1580
Sophia recollected herself and started struggling, "What are you doing? Let go of me!"
Aldor replied coldly, "Ms. Jewell, it seems you've forgotten who provided you with this place to stay. If I can’t get the information I
want from you, there's no need for me to treat you nicely."
As he spoke, he opened the door and shoved her out.
Sophia had not expected Aldor to do anything like that, and she was shocked, "Don't you want to know who gave me the note?"
Aldor said indifferently, "I've told you I can find out who that person is even if you won't tell me. It's just going to take me more
time."
Then, he threw her luggage out, too.
After realizing Aldor was serious about kicking her out of the house, she panicked and said, "I can't even get in contact with that
person now. How are you going to find that person without even knowing anything?"
"Let that be my concern." Aldor looked at the time, "Leave now before it's too late. Otherwise, I'll have the security involved."
Sophia’s expression changed as she gritted her teeth and said, "One million, I'll tell you who it is for just one million!"
Aldor dialed the property management's number, "Hello, a strange woman had barged into my home..."
Ten minutes later, the security guards escorted Sophia out of the residential area as she cursed under her breath.
Of course, Aldor was not going to give up just like that. He knew people like Sophia too well. He understood that they would
never talk if he appeared too eager. Once they realized how valuable the information they held was, they would keep using it to
their advantage.
Aldor would never give her a chance to do so. Not only did Sophia have no money, but her reputation was also tarnished. He
figured it could not take long for her to return to him, and then he could gather the information he needed.
Sophia had nowhere to go, so she tried calling Ian.
Ian saw Sophia's call and sneaked a look at the woman sleeping next to him. He quietly got out of bed before answering the call.
"Uncle, I need some money."
Sophia went straight to the point.
Ian furrowed his brows, "Didn't I just give you ten thousand earlier? Why do you need money again?"
Sophia sobbed and said, "The debt collector took that ten thousand away from me long ago. Uncle, you've got to help me."
All Ian felt was annoyance. After Hylda and Albert were both caught, Sophia frequently called him to ask for money. After all,
they were relatives. He also felt guilty for betraying Hylda, so he gave Sophia more than a hundred thousand.
However, the interest on Sophia's debt kept piling up like a bottomless pit. He was merely a plaything for Irene; there was no way
he would have enough money to repay Sophia’s debt.
So, he decided to tell her the truth, "I'm not your uncle. I'm not biologically related to your mother."
Sophia was taken aback, "What did you say?"
"Don't you understand? Hugo Jewell is my son. Who do you think I am to your mother?
"The name Ian White was simply an excuse for us to have an affair."
Sophia's mind was blown. She had visited Hylda several times, yet she had never mentioned anything about this.
She finally knew why Ian was so eager to distance himself from the Jewell family after they got into trouble.
"I still have ten thousand dollars left, and I'll transfer them to you in a while. I'm only doing this because your mother supported
me financially back then. All the best to you, and don't call me ever again."
