Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted by Eleven Jewell

Chapter 600
Stella took a strawberry and ate it while she watched on. Suddenly, her back felt warm, and she heard Keegan's voice.
"Who gave you permission to take off the jacket?''
Stella took a bite of the strawberry. ’I heard a lot of Rivera's talented and handsome young men would be here today."
Keegan did not understand.
Stella finished the remaining half of the strawberry and slowly said, "I'm a divorcee. How can I compete with these ladies if I don't
show more skin? How would I get the men’s attention, then?"
Keegan's expression darkened. "We divorced just a few days ago, and you already can't wait to find a new partner?"
Stella glanced at him. "Your mom is already looking for a new partner for you, so I can't waste time. I can't let you get married
again before I do."
Keegan's eye twitched. Before he could ask for clarifications, Dahlia's voice interrupted.
"Keegan, you came at the right time. Show Ms. Saun around the place, and introduce her to your friends.’
Keegan looked up for a glance and pursed his lips. "I'm not familiar with the place here. Let Jackson bring her around."
The corner of Dahlia's eye twitched.
'Not familiar? He had a lot of business events here in Dragon Lagoon.'
Jackson was more than happy to take up the responsibility." After you, Ms. Saun."
Jaylene lowered her gaze. "How about next time, Jackson? The party is starting soon. We need to greet Grandma."
Jackson smiled patiently and said, "Well then, we always have next time."
Stella had watched enough of the fun, and she wanted to turn around and leave. Keegan pulled on her and said, "Let me show
you something good."
"No." Stella rejected him without thinking.

Keegan did not waste another word and just dragged her along.
Stella wanted to fight it, but she noticed Dahlia's angry gaze. Stella stopped fighting back, held on to Keegan's arms, and gave
her a provocative smile.
After Keegan and Stella had left, Jaylene looked up and glanced at the direction that they were heading. Then, she looked away
again.
As the name suggested. Dragon Lagoon had a lake within its grounds.
It was a man-made lake of more than ten acres and was filled with running water. Because the lake was managed well, the water
was so clear that the bottom could be seen.
There were also lights at the bottom of the lake. When they turned on the lights at night, all the creatures in the water could be
seen clearly.
"What's the thing you wanted to show me?"
Stella was dragged to the lakeside, but she did not see anything. So, she could not help but ask.
Keegan squatted down and knocked on a little metal bowl on the ground. A second later, a white ball appeared and dashed
toward Keegan's leg. It chirped and flipped around to show its belly as a sign of happiness.
Stella was shocked but when she took a closer look, she saw a white stray dog with a pinch of black hair on its head.
Keegan put on a pair of gloves, took out some meat jerky from his pocket, and put it in the bowl. The stray instantly sat up and
ran over to eat the jerky.
Stella was frozen for a while. Then, she asked,’ Is this Pinchie?’
Keegan nodded.
Stella squatted down and carefully reached out to touch its fur. "It grew up a lot."
Last year, when she and Keegan came to Dragon Lagoon for a business dinner, they found a month-old puppy near the
entrance.

Stella loved animals and wanted to take the puppy home, but Keegan was allergic to animal fur. So, He did not agree to let her
adopt the puppy and wanted her to throw it away.
Stella begged and begged but it was no use. The puppy was then left at Dragon Lagoon, and Keegan said that the puppy would
be taken care of.
At the time, Stella did not believe what Keegan said. She thought that Keegan was cruel and purposely lied to deceive her.
'This is such a big park, and it's such a small puppy. Who would help take care of it?' Stella thought.
The next day, she brought a box over. She wanted to take it to a pet shop and put it up for adoption.
But, she searched for a whole day but could not find the puppy. She thought that the puppy might be dead overnight since it was
too young and had not even been weaned yet.
