Scars Of A Broken Bond by Calv Momose

Sabrina now understood why the police hadn’t discovered anything about Zeke.
It was simply too complex. Zeke had been sold before, and even his son had been unaware of it.
The waiter brought their coffee, and Sabrina stirred hers thoughtfully, contemplating how to tell Trevor.
She already received two critical pieces of information from him. One was the Location of Hobson and his connection to Zeke.
Sabrina was mindful that asking too many questions might raise Zeke’s suspicions, so she decided not to press for more
information.
The best decision seemed to be to leave the remaining investigation to the police.
Trevor had fulfilled his purpose. His usefulness in this matter had come to an end.
Trevor noticed Sabrina’s silence and grew nervous. “Have you made a decision? Are you planning to break up with me?”
Lowering her eyes, Sabrina took a moment to collect her thoughts and to choose her words carefully.
She recognized an opportunity to end her relationship with Trevor and saw this situation as a catalyst.
Instead of exposing that she had deliberately gotten close to Trevor, she could break up with him naturally, using this situation as
an opportunity.
But what she did was heartless and selfish.
She understood from the beginning that her involvement with him would ultimately hurt Trevor.
Despite this, she believed that a clean break, painful as it might be, was better than dragging out the relationship any further.
Trevor looked at Sabrina nervously. He had already taken her silence as her answer, but there was still a glimmer of hope in his
eyes.
As Sabrina was about to speak, a sudden shadow fell over her, prompting her to Look up.
There stood Tyrone, his icy gaze fixed on her.
The atmosphere grew tense as his penetrating eyes bore into her.

Tyrone exuded a commanding presence, dressed impeccably in a meticulously tied suit adorned with a delicate tie clip. His
simple black overcoat added to his distinguished appearance, making him appear taller and more dashing.
Surprised and caught off guard, she glanced at Trevor before rising to her feet. “Tyrone, what are you doing here?”
Before Tyrone could say anything, Trevor seized the opportunity and swiftly rose from his seat. He acknowledged Tyrone with a
nod. “Nr. Blakely.”
Trevor inwardly breathed a sigh of relief that they had been interrupted at that moment. He didn’t care that it was Sabrina’s ex-
husband, but he felt lucky that he had arrived in time.
