Hannah was finally satisfied.She did not care who he thought she was. The important thing was that he was calling her by her
nickname and not her sister’s. She would just pretend that he was proposing to her and not her sister.
“Say it one more time.” It was still not enough for her!
She was greedy. She wanted to hear him call her name and hear his sweet talk. She had no idea how many times she could still
hear it. To her, every single word was something she could only wish for.
Ralph could not believe it.
‘Is this woman sick? It’s such a nuisance having to say it over and over again!’
He resented it, but he had no choice. He knew he had to stomach it for the sake of his goal.
Licking his lips, he raised his voice. “Annie, I love you. Please marry me!”
Recognizing him, the onlookers fished out their phones to take pictures, while some started to cheer her on. “Marry him! Marry
him!”
Hannah had never felt so satisfied before. Proclaiming his love loudly and saying her name, the person she liked was proposing
to her in front of so many people in such a beautiful place and romantic environment. She thought it was the most blissful thing in
the whole wide world.
She even thought that she could now die without regrets!
“Yes!” She nodded with a smile.
Even if she was not wearing the wedding gown, even if she wouldn't be truly marrying him, even if she might not become a bride
ever in her life, she assumed she had indeed married this very person who had become her first love.
Ralph heaved a huge sigh of relief.
He was not sure if he would be pissed and toss off the bouquet if she wanted him to say it one more time. Of course, even if he
wanted to, he would not dare to do it.

Fortunately, she did not embarrass him further and said yes with a smile. It showed that she was truly willing. ‘With so many
people taking photos, it is likely we will get on the front-page news and the whole wide world will know that the daughter of the
Riggs family is marrying me, and I will no longer be seen as a loser of the Russell family who sponges off others. I’m going to
inherit Riggs Group and my future will be bright!’
Thinking so, he happily put the ring on Hannah’s finger.
As he took her hand, Hannah subconsciously pulled it back. She knew that no matter how much she wanted to do this, such joy
would be short-lived. Her sister would be enraged if she were to find out that she had said yes and was wearing the ring.
Ralph quickly held on to her hand. ‘She wouldn't go back on her word, would she? She just promised to marry me in front of so
many people. If she does, I'll be so humiliated!’
Not giving her a chance to change her mind, he put it on her finger and held her hand tight. Kissing the back of her hand, he
looked up at her amorously. “Oh, Annie, I’m so happy now!”
Hearing him call her name over and over again, Hannah felt happy as well and widened her smile.
Seeing her affectionate smile, Ralph was happy and could not help but rise and kiss her.
