Ancient Clan, how Marquis Tenzin was scared off by his token, to the Divinity Sect’s conspiracy.
“What? It was you all along?”
Quintina was stunned.
Some who were doubtful said, “How can this be? The Divine Holy Emperor is a well-respected figure in the Ancient Realm. How
could he have colluded with the Demon Race?”
Harold said, “That’s right, I don’t believe you. My master isn’t that sort of person.”
James said coldly, “Are you guys dumb or what? He was the one who chose the Grand Tournament’s location. Could he really
not know that there was a Demon Race camp in Mount Walvern? It’s obvious he sent us to our deaths. If it wasn’t for me, all of
you would have died long ago.
“Besides, the Demon Race has already surrounded the Divinity Sect. Do you have any idea how fierce the battle outside is?”
Unwilling to prolong the conversation any longer, James descended the mountain and headed toward the city.
Quintina chased after him and grabbed his arm, pleading, “James, you have to save my father.”
