The Almighty Dragon General

Chapter 2455
Crucifier was a miraculous tool.
With Crucificier and his True Essence, James could cure even those on the brink of death. He was confident he could heal
anyone back to health as long as they were still breathing.
After James confirmed his destination, he quickly left the ruins and headed toward the city Sophie mentioned.
This time, he flew through the sky with all his strength.
After one month, he finally left the great wilderness.
According to Sophie, Grandwych was just a short distance away from the great wilderness. It would only take a few days to
reach the city if he traveled at full speed.
After James left the great wilderness, he quickly made his way toward his destination, Five days later, a grand city appeared in
his sight.
The city’s structure was very unusual. It had no city walls, and the buildings’ designs differed from the ones James was familiar
with on Earth. They were mountain-like buildings with caves built into their sides.
“I-Is this Grandwych?”
James looked at the mountain-like buildings ahead of him. He would have suspected he had entered an unidentified primal
forest if not for the lively crowd.
“Yeap. That’s Grandwych,” Sophie replied from within the Celestial Abode.
James did not ask any more questions and walked into the city.
Outside of Grandwych was a mountain with a few ancient scripts engraved on it. Although James could not read them, he could
guess they were most likely Grandwych written in the local script.
Beyond the mountain, there was a canyon that teemed with many creatures.
Some of them looked like humans, while the others were beasts.

The majority of them had human appearances.
James reached the perimeter of the canyon.
A few guards were posted in the area.
The guards looked like humans and were armed with long swords, patrolling to ensure the area’s safety.
After entering the canyon, countless mountains poked out around him. The canyon served as the equivalent of a main street.
“What a strange city. It’s completely different than the ones on Earth.” James swept his gaze over his surroundings, checking
every corner. Soon, he noticed there were some caves within the surrounding mountains. These caves had mysterious scripts at
their entrances.
Sophie explained, “These caves are shops. The building structures here are different from those on Earth. Since it’s your first
time in the Demon Realm, it’ll take some time to get used to the environment here.”
“Mhm.” James nodded.
James did not wander around the city but headed directly to where the injured powerhouse was with Sophie’s guidance.
The injured powerhouse was Grandwych’s City Lord, Yalerad Balchae. He was at the peak of the Tribulation Rank and was one
step away from becoming a Sage. However, he failed to get through the Sage Tribulation and was seriously injured.
He was willing to reward whoever healed his injuries with the divine pill left behind by his ancestor.
Soon, James reached the mountain where Yalerad lived.
The mountain was 10,000 meters high.
Fully-armed guards kept watch at the mountain foot.
Apart from the guards, many creatures that came to treat Yalerad’s injuries thronged the surroundings. These people queued up
to announce and record their visit.
James waited all afternoon until it was finally his turn.

The person in charge of registering the visitors was a humanoid woman. She looked to be in her 20s and was incredibly
gorgeous. James deduced that she was a Mage Rank powerhouse.
The Demon Realm was definitely quite the experience for James. A powerhouse at the Mage Rank was relegated to registering
information.
Sophie’s voice came from the Celestial Abode. “We’re only in the Demon Realm’s Mortal Dimension right now, but even Mages
aren’t considered strong here. Wait until you head to the Sage Rank. You’ll find that Sages are at the very bottom of the
hierarchy there.”
James could vaguely imagine what it would be like in the Sage Dimension.
The qualification for entering the Sage Dimension was to enter the Sage Rank.
Therefore, the lowest rank there would be Sages.
“Name?”
While James communicated with Sophie, the woman registering visitors spoke to him. When she did not get a response from
James after a long time, her pretty face scrunched in irritation. She called him again, “Hey, I’m talking to you.”
James returned to his senses and looked at the woman, replying to her calmly, “Why are you being so rude? I’m here to heal the
City Lord, so you’d better watch the way you talk. If you offend me, I won’t treat him.”
