He kept inserting the needles until the last of the 81 needles were stuck in his body.

He thought to himself, ‘Who exactly is this guy? Why does he know all the treasures I have?”
Henrik seemingly read James’ thoughts and smiled, saying, “I don’t have ill intentions, Mr. Caden.”
James asked, “How do you know about the treasures I possess? What exactly is your purpose in getting close to me?”
Henrik smiled meaningfully and said, “Of course, I know you.”
“What a strange person,” James murmured to himself.
He turned to Yalerad and said, “Since you’ve recovered, I shall take my leave.”
After James finished speaking, he stood up and left.

Now that he had obtained the divine pill that could allow him to increase his cultivation rank by a sub- rank, he did not want to
waste it. He wanted to quickly leave the area to find a place to refine the divine pill and reach the Immortal Ascension’s Eighth
Stair.
Yalerad quickly got up and chased after him, calling out, “Wait for me, Mr. Caden! I’m going to come along with you on your
adventures!”

James sal in a lotus position on an uninhabited mountain range outside Grandwych and immediately took out the divine pill.
He swallowed the divine pill, and its energy rapidly flowed into his body. A powerful force cloaked and his True Essence
immediately raised to the Seventh Stair’s zenith and was close to reaching
Eighth Stair
Henrik sat on a rock beside him with his eyes glued on James.
“Being able to see James’ breakthrough is also fortuitous,” Henrik murmured.
At that moment, the Elysian Seal appeared within James’ body. However, the True Elemental Essence in his body was
overpowering, and was able to easily break through the seals.

Henrik said earnestly, “I’m not trying to achieve anything. I already told you I just want to accompany your on your adventures.
Rest assured, I’m rather formidable. My strength is at least on par with yours. I won’t be a burden on your adventures. I’ll
accompany you while you seek great treasures in the Demon Realm. How I let you keep all the treasures we find?”
