The Almighty Dragon General

Chapter 2554
Brielle chased after Thea.
She was apprehensive about where to start her search for James.
Fortunately, Thea showed up at the right time.
Now, as long as she followed Thea she would eventually find James.
Thea frowned at Brielle’s words.
She did not want Brielle to follow her around.
After thinking about it for a while, Thea said, “Don’t you think its slightly inappropriate for you to be following me around?” Brielle
replied with a smile.
“There’s nothing inappropriate about it.
James and I have already exchanged vows.
I’m officially his wife.
[ heard about you from him.
I already told him you’d be the first wife, and I’ll be his second wife.” Since Brielle kept insisting, Thea stopped refusing her.
She nodded and said, “Do whatever you want.” After speaking, Thea swiftly departed.
Brielle followed behind her.
Meanwhile, James was still in the unknown world.
Even Sophie was unable to identify the place.
All she knew was there was a strong formation around the planet and it was too incomprehensible for her.
Putting the pieces together, it must have been a formation laid down by a Grand Emperor or an even stronger cultivator.

James wandered through the desolate desert, but all he could see was a never ending sea of sand.
Tornadoes swept through the area, causing golden sand to fly throughout the sky.
After traveling for several days in the desert, James was still unable to find a way out.
Throughout this entire time, he did not meet even a single living being and it frustrated him.
James sat down on the sand and rested.
He brought out drinking water from the Celestial Abode and quenched his thirst.
“Damn it.
What kind of place is this? Why isn't there anyone around?” Despite traveling for days, there were no signs of other lifeforms,
and he was getting restless.
“Henrik! Qusai! Where are you guys?! Are you here?!" James took a deep breath.
He stood up from the ground and chose a direction to travel in.
Then, he mobilized his True Essence and began advancing at full speed.
Although he was not yet a Sage, he could kill powerhouses at the Sage Rank.
James quickly made his way through the desert, traveling at lightning speed.
With one step, he would appear thousands of meters away.
He would have completely moved away from his original location in a few more steps.
It was a vast desert, and there was no end within sight.
Moreover, James had no idea where he was sent to.
His priority was to leave the desert as soon as possible to find other living beings so he could ask about his current location.
He continued traversing the desert for the next few days.
However, James was stil] unable to get out of the desert.

He suspected he had gotten lost and stopped to survey his surroundings to determine his direction of travel once more.
After rerouting, he was off again.
A month passed by in the blink of an eye.
James had been stranded in the vast desert for over a month.
Fortunately, he eventually made it out of the desert.
Ahead of him was a montane forest.
At first, there were only a few trees, but as he advanced deeper and deeper, the trees also got denser.
When he was deep inside the forest, he ran into some monsters.
The monsters were at a relatively low rank.
Most were only around the Mage Rank.
He did not even encounter one above the Tribulation Rank.
Through these deductions, James inferred that the planet was not very advanced.
Otherwise, the monsters he encountered would be much stronger.
After spending the last month continuously wandering the desert, James was exhausted.
The moment he stumbled upon a river in the deep forest, he immediately jumped into it.
The clear and cool river water flowed over his body, soothing his weary soul.
Boom! While he was cleaning himself in the river, the sound of a fierce fight reached him from a distance.
Right after the sound, a terrifyingly strong shockwave spread from the area.
A number of trees that over a few hundred meters tall were uprooted, and a few mountains nearby crumbled into dust and
rubble.

James got out of the water and stood on the river bank.
He picked up his clothes and got dressed.
Then, he activated his True Essence and leaped 100 meters into the air, looking into the distance.
Since he reached the Mage Rank’s First Stage, he could see things from a great distance away.
