James began conversing with her.

her comprehension of Elemental Inversion had now surpassed even James’.
At that moment, a black aura descended from the sky and entered Monica’s body. She immediately collapsed to the ground and
let loose an agonizing scream of pain.
“Argh!”
“What happened?’ James hurriedly helped her up. He sensed the presence of Curse Power inside her body.
“What’s going on?” James froze and muttered, “Why would there suddenly be Curse Power?”
James thought that the Third Calamity had arrived. Raising his hand, he absorbed the Curse Power inside Monica’s body.
“Thank you, James.”
Monica’s cheeks returned to a normal complexion.

Suddenly, James sensed something.
“I’ll go out and have a look.”
Then, he hurriedly turned to leave.
He headed straight for the main hall, where many powerful figures gathered. James could sense the presence of Curse Power
inside their bodies.
“The Third Calamity has finally arrived.”
James finally understood.
“Is everyone alright?’ James asked.
Silvester waved slightly and said, “It’s no big deal. It’s just that Curse Power has suddenly appeared inside me.”
James said, “This is the Third Calamity. As long as you are a human, you’ll be contaminated with Curse Power. This Curse
Power is firmly attached to us and cannot be removed even by a Grand Emperor. This Curse Power will forever accompany us.”
Everyone had heard of the Third Calamity.
That was because the tribulations had already appeared. Seals that prevent them from making breakthroughs had appeared
inside their bodies. Not just them, all the humans of the Boundless Realm were experiencing the same thing. In that case, would
this mean the imminent arrival of the Fourth Calamity?

Thea looked at James and said, “The Third Calamity has appeared. We’re running out of time. We have to find the remaining
elixirs as soon as possible.”

James nodded.
“One of them is the hands of the Sanctuary. It’s about time to launch an all-out assault.”
