The Almighty Dragon General

Thea had no idea James had already grasped the embryonic form of Macrocosm Power. However, she could sense he
possessed an unprecedented and impressive power.
Her anxious heart was relieved after James had defeated Zenaida.
Thea murmured, “James is truly a talented cultivator. Given enough time, he’ll definitely make a name for himself throughout the
universe.”
Then, she chided herself. “What’s wrong with me? Why am I worried about him?”
After Zenaida left Mount Nothingness, James began to sense his newly acquired power from fusing the Five Great Paths’ Power.
The power was bizarre but very unique. James could sense the Power of Time, Space, Life, Death, and Reincarnation within it.
The five forces had merged and were intrinsically linked.
The power could not be formed if any one of them was lacking.
He was still unable to understand the power and had no idea how to properly utilize it at the moment. Thus, he put his concerns
away for now.
James dismissed the Elemental Inversion Formation and the Power of the Five Great Paths. His potent aura was gradually
drawn back into his body.
At that moment, three people appeared before him.
It was Hadrian, Herbert, and Mia.
Mia looked at James and asked, “Mr. Caden, it seems there’s more to you than meets the eye. Why is Mount Heavenly Path
trying to kill you? They even sent a prodigy like Zenaida after your life.”
James looked at her and said calmly, “To be honest, I’m also not sure why Mount Heavenly Path insists on killing me.”
“Huh? You don’t know the reason?” Mia was baffled.
James replied, “I only called Bria Callahan by her real name, Thea, when I stayed in the Callahan Residence. Since then, the
Young Master of Mount Heavenly Path was out for my blood. If not for Thea and the Ancestral Sword Master’s protection on

Mount Sword God, I might already be dead by now.
“Although I survived back then, Herschel insisted on sending powerhouses two ranks higher than me to hunt me down. The
Ancestral Sword Master did nothing to stop him as he was unable to provide me further assistant.”
It was a known fact that Herschel was trying to court Bria Callahan.
None of them expected that Herschel wanted to kill James so he could pursue Thea.
Mia said in disbelief, “He’s hunting you over such a trivial matter? How can he kill you over a woman? He’s the Young Master of
Mount Heavenly Path and will eventually become the Lord of the Universe. His temper is unacceptable...”
James smiled faintly, not saying anything much.
He was sure that Herschel had a better reason for wanting to kill him. However, he had no idea what his other reasoning was.
“What should we do next, Mr. Caden?” asked Hadrian.
James looked beyond the periphery of Mount Nothingness.
Since Zenaide found him, he believed many other powerhouses must be lying in wait outside Mount Nothingness.
These powerhouses might have already entered Mount Nothingness’ territory but ended up lost. That might be why no one else
had found him yet.
He did not want to fight others continuously, so his only choice was to travel deeper into Mount Nothingness.
James turned around and looked at the endless mountain range shrouded in black mist, saying, “Mount Heavenly Path’s Young
Master’s one order was enough to command all the prodigies throughout the universe to come after my life. I’ve been fleeing for
a while now, so they’ll eventually sniff out wherever I choose to hide. My only option is to advance further into Mount
Nothingness.”
“Great!” Hadrian was ecstatic.
Herbert was also excited.

The three stayed in hopes of entering the Palace of Nothingness in the depths of Mount Nothingness with James to obtain the
Holy Master of Nothingness’s inheritance.
James began looking for the correct direction.
He recalled the phantom beast saying that choosing the right direction was crucial in finding the Palace of Nothingness.
He would only have to pass through three checkpoints if he chose the correct path. If he chose a different path, he would have to
face one challenge after another to reach the Palace of Nothingness.
James looked at Mia, reached out his hand, and said, “Hand me the map.”
Mia immediately took out a map, which was drawn by ancestors of the Londyn family.
