The Almighty Dragon General

After speaking, she turned and left.
James felt utterly helpless. He traveled to the Primeval Age to reunite with Thea.
However, the Thea he knew in the Apocalypse Age was just a fragment of the real Thea’s soul. The Primeval Age’s Thea had no
idea who he was, nor did she have any feelings for him.
Faced with Thea’s cold attitude, he was unsure of what to do to get into her good graces.
“Huff.” James sighed softly.
He planned to hand Sienna the Dark Wellspring.
Sienna cultivated the Dark Path, so it would be beneficial to her cultivation and would greatly improve her strength.
However, Sienna left before he could offer it to her.
The conflict between him and Mount Heavenly Path had been resolved for now.
Mount Heavenly Path would cease the attacks on him. However, James understood that they still saw him as a threat. Thus, he
had to hone himself as much as possible. Otherwise, his death would be all but assured if they fell back on their word.
His main priority would be to raise his cultivation rank quickly. After that, he would have to wait for Radomir to ascend and
become a Macrocosm Ancestral God. After that, Radomir would then begin a massacre of the Ancestral Gods throughout the
universe.
If everything he predicted took place, James would know where Thea’s main body was and could bring her back to the future. By
then, Thea would finally know about their relationship.
Before he came to the Primeval Age, Melinda had reminded him not to do anything that could change history.
According to his understanding, Radomir would turn against Mount Heavenly Path and kill all the powerhouses throughout the
universe.
He did not intend to intervene in these events. Even if he did, James knew he had no strength to stop it anyway.
He spent some time thinking about a number of things.

Afterward, he left to find Thea.
Inside a building on Thea’s mountain residence, Thea sat in the highest seat and glanced at James beneath her.
James clasped his fist and said, “Thank you for your hospitality during this time, Thea. You even went through the trouble of
going to Mount Heavenly Path to vouch for me.”
Thea waved her hand and said, “I only did it for Sienna’s sake.”
James said, “I’d rather not impose so I’ll be taking my leave.”
Hearing this, Thea glanced at James and asked, “Is there something in the Callahan Residence that isn’t to your liking? You’re
still in the midst of recuperating, and a few of your Path Seals were destroyed. Your cultivation base was even affected in the
previous battle. It will take a long time for you to completely recover. You’re not allowed to go anywhere else. Stay in the
Callahan Residence and rest at ease.”
Her words were more like an absolute order telling James to stay in the Callahan Residence.
James replied. “I must go to Mount Heavenly Path now that Herschel has given me the responsibility to assist Radomir in
managing the Heavenly Path.”
Thea said lightly, “Herschel tried everything in his power to kill you, yet he suddenly changed his mind and wants you to join
Mount Heavenly Path. He’s trying to lure you into danger. You should stay here to be safe.”
Thea insisted on James staying in the Callahan’s territory. In reality, she had selfish motives behind her insistence.
Without her realizing it, she had already harbored feelings for James.
Perhaps it was because James’ figure from behind looked like the man in her dreams or maybe it was because James showed
great potential, and she wanted to see how much more James could grow.
Regardless of the reason, Thea recognized that James had a special place in her heart.
James smiled faintly and said, “Mount Heavenly Path is the leading force of this universe. Since I’ve passed their test, I’m sure
they’ll stop targetting me.”

James knew full well everything he had been through was not a test by Mount Heavenly Path. They were actually trying to kill
him because they discovered he had cultivated Macrocosm Power.
However, he could not reveal this information.
As for Thea, he planned to leave matters related to her to time.
When the time was right, everything would fall into place.
