The Almighty Dragon General

Longinus went looking for the Omnipotent Lord. Though the Omnipotent Lord remained silent, Longinus had gotten the answer
he wanted. Upon leaving, he contemplated just how a powerful figure like Forty-Nine appeared out of nowhere from a universe
as weak and insignificant as the Twelfth Universe. James only managed to annihilate a Three-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God
with a Chaotic Treasure in the Chaos outside the Twelfth Universe, and it was only through this battle that his name spread far
and wide.
Longinus had heard of this battle as well. In fact, he had even sent men to the Twelfth Universe to investigate the matter but
found nothing.
“What a headache...”
Longinus rubbed his temples.
Meanwhile, in James’ accommodation...
Quanesha looked at James while wearing a grim expression and said, “Do not be fooled by Longinus’ appearance. As a
powerful figure who could survive under the constant suppression of the Omnipotent Lord, he’s no pushover.”
James knew this, of course. He nodded slightly and said, “I know. But the situation is getting more and more complicated. I
wonder what other powerful figures have their eyes on the position of the Lord of the new universe.”
He looked at Quanesha and asked, “Who else in the twelve universes has the strength to become the Lord of the new
universe?”
Hearing this, Quanesha contemplated.
“If we are basing this on strength alone, the Omnipotent Lord is the most likely victor. He has reached the Nine-Power
Macrocosm Ancestral God Rank and is the most powerful in the twelve universes. He’s the one most likely to become the Lord
of the new universe. Following him is Mirabelle Joandra of the First Universe, Longinus Klapos of the Second Universe, and
Yuval Yonaguska of the Third Universe. They are the only Eight-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God in all of the twelve universes.
No others have the right to compete,” Quanesha briefly summarized.
“Strictly speaking, they are the only ones who have the strength to compete. However, Mirabelle has always been supportive of
the Omnipotent Lord. Longinus has always been the Omnipotent Lord’s arch-rival, and their two universes have always been at
odds with each other. Yuval, on the other hand, keeps a low profile. So too does the Third Universe, which is seldom at odds with
other universes. As Yuval has never proclaimed which side he’s on, he must be neutral in this.”

Quanesha gave her analysis.
James listened intently. Hearing this, he gently knocked on the table.
“That means I can be the Lord of the new universe once I obtain the support of Mirabell, Longinus, and Yuval.”
“Mhm.” Quanesha nodded and said, “Theoretically speaking, yes. But it’s impossible to gain their support.”
“I’ll give it a try before giving up,” James said.
Since this was his only way to become the Lord of the new universe, he had to try. First, he would meet with these people and
talk to them.
He planned to pay Mirabelle a visit.
James asked, “Do you know much about Mirabelle?”
Quanesha shook her head slightly and said, “Not really. I only know she’s a powerful figure in the First Universe and is only
beneath the Omnipotent Lord.”
“Where is she staying?” James asked.
Quanesha said, “She lives in Mount Nine-Saints, a mysterious place in the First Universe, It’s also one of the Ten Great
Cultivation Sites in the First Universe.”
“Got it.”
James nodded slightly and asked, “By the way, how long more do we have till the conference?”
“Less than a month.”
Hearing this, James’ expression turned grim.
