James looked at Jabari.
Jabari arranged his thoughts and said, “This is a long story. So let us begin from the very beginning.”
“Mhm.” James nodded.
Even Xulia was staring at Jabari. Though she had known Jabari for a very long time now, she did not know that Jabari had been
keeping such a secret from her.
“We will begin with the Greater Realms.”
“The Greater Realms?” James froze.
“Yes.” Jabari said, “The so-called Greater Realms refer to the world outside the Dark World. A long time ago, the Dark World was
not the Dark World as we know of today. Rather, it is but one of many worlds in the Greater Realms. Legend has it that there’s an
Acme Path in the depths of an unknown region in the Dark World. That is not fiction. That path leads to the Greater Realms.
However, many events occurred that led to the closure of the path. This caused the Dark World to be isolated from the Greater
Realms, and thus a separate space was born.”
“Hold on.” James interrupted Jabari and asked, “Since the Dark World was once a part of the Greater Realms, what are the
twelve universes in the outside world? Why is there hostility between them and the Dark World? Besides, what is the Chaos
outside the twelve universes?”
Jabari explained, “Let’s first talk about the Chaos. The Chaos is but one of many desolated regions in the Greater Realms. The
only reason why the Chaos is boundless is that the power of a mere Macrocosm Ancestral God is insufficient to truly traverse the
Chaos. Meanwhile, the depths of the Dark World are connected to the Chaos. Hence, the unknown region of the Dark World is
also known as the Chaos.”
Hearing this, James roughly understood. He remained silent and waited for Jabari to continue.
Jabari continued, “The Greater Realms exist within the Chaos. However, the Dark World is but one of many worlds in the Greater
Realms. As the Chaos is too vast, not to mention there are certain limitations in place, only by attaining the Acme Rank can one
break the limitations of the Chaos and head to the other worlds in the Greater Realms.”
The answer certainly exceeded James’ expectations.

Jabari continued, “Acmeans once existed in the most primordial of times in the Dark World. However, a war broke out, and the
Greater Realms attacked the Dark World, annihilating all Acmeans in the process and severing the cultivation path of the
Omniscience Path. They even sealed off the pathway connecting the Dark World to the Greater Realms, thereby leading to the
Dark World’s isolation. In the message left behind by Yukia, the Dark World was once called the Primordial Realm and was one
of the core worlds of the Greater Realms.”
Hearing this, James asked, “How did the war break out? Why did the Greater Realms attack the Dark World?”
Jabari explained, “Simple, really. That’s because different races are in different camps. The Primordial Realm is primarily
inhabited by the Human Race. Meanwhile, the Human Race’s potential is too huge and frightening. The Human Race breeds like
rabbits. The Human Race of the Primordial Realm even made occasional intrusions into the Greater Realms. Sensing the
imminent danger, a war between races erupted. I don’t know much about the specifics of the war but I know that the Human
Race of the Primordial Realm was completely eradicated. To prevent the re-emergence of the Human Race, the powerful
individuals of the other races performed a Grand Supernatural Power and severed the potential of the Human Race, thus
rendering the Omniscience Path a dead end. However, a human survived.”
James immediately guessed it and said, “Yukia?”
“That’s right.” Jabari nodded and said, “She survived.”
“At the same time when the powerful individuals of the Primordial Realm were destroyed, evil energy began to invade. They
contaminated the Primordial Realm and even the souls of all living beings. After they contaminated the Heavenly Path of the
Primordial Realm, the Dark World was formed.”
