The three of them encouraged James continuously, but James still had that defeated look on his face.
He looked at the three and said, “Thanks, but I’ll never give up. I’ll think of a way to leave this place. Oh right, have you met any
living beings heading to the eighteenth space during your long stay here?”
All three of them shook their heads.
Yehosheva answered, “I was the first to arrive in the seventeenth space. Then the two of them came. You’re the fourth. I don’t
know if anyone else came here before me, but after myself, nobody else headed towards the eighteenth space.”
James raised his head to look at the shapeless spatial barrier on top of him. The Sixth Stage of the Omniscience Path? This was
going to be very difficult. He sat down with a thoughtful look on his face. He was pondering on how to step into the Fifth Stage of
the Omniscience Path.
Shoosh! A flash of light appeared, bringing a small, red bird to the realm.
“Here comes another one.”
All of them looked at the bird. Its eyes were glimmering with curiosity as it stared at its surroundings. Seeing that the four living
beings were gathered together, it fluttered its wings and appeared before them.
“Little birdie, I see you’ve joined the pack.”
James stood up immediately with joy. This bird was mystical. It knew many things, even the fact that the outer universe was
birthed by Universe Seeds.
The bird’s appearance gave James hope.
“Kid, you’re here too?” The bird looked at James.
“Yep,” James said, “This is the seventeenth space. To get to the eighteenth, one has to reach the Sixth Stage of the Omniscience
Path. I’ve reached the Fourth, do you have a way to help me reach the Sixth?”
Hearing that James had reached the Fourth, Yahveh, Jehudi, and Yehosheva were all in shock.
The bird used its claws to scratch its jaw. Its eyes scanned James back and forth before saying, “Didn’t I tell you before that
continuously absorbing medicinal pills and elixirs and using their powers to stimulate the body may be fruitful in opening up

vitality and potential?”
James nodded and said, “Indeed. I have searched continuously for Macrocosm-Ranked elixirs and consumed them. But even if I
have cultivated them, there’s no improvement to my condition. My body is like a black hole. No matter how many Macrocosm
Powers I cultivated, they would be subsumed in their entirety.”
“Hmm...” The bird fell into deep thought and said, “In that case, I don’t have any other ways for you.”
“Wait,“ The bird was reminded of something and said to James, “Didn’t you seal the Light of Death in the outer realm? Why not
use that Light to stimulate your body and see whether you can activate your body’s potential?”
James froze as he heard this. The bird said that any living being touched by the Light of Acme will die, yet it is letting him make
this attempt. Yet, this was perhaps the only way out of his situation.
“I don’t see any other option open to me, so I’ll try. But you must guarantee my safety, I’m worried that something might go
wrong,” James said as he looked at the bird.
The bird patted his chest and assured James, “Don’t worry. I’m here. There’ll surely be no accidents.”
James was worried about this assurance, but there was no other way around it, was there?
