“Oh?” James’ curiosity was piqued.
Dahlia repeatedly told him the Heaven-Eradicating Sect would never rescue any of their members that were taken captive by
other races. So why did a member of the sect show up in the Soul Realm?
James asked, ‘Who is it?”
The confidant replied, “According to the news from the Heaven-Eradicating Sect, the person that showed up is their Deputy
Leader. Apparently, he’s the brother of one of our prisoners.”
“Oh, I see.” James nodded lightly.
‘Someone’s brother, huh? It’s no wonder the deputy leader would break the rules. Who could ever sit idly as an enemy captures
their siblings?’ thought James.
James knew he had to act before the Heaven-Eradicating Sect’s Deputy Leader. Otherwise, it would add one more person to the
list of people he had to rescue. However, the time was not right to take action yet. James wanted to get Dahlia to find the deputy
leader and convince him not to act rashly.

With James’ current cultivation rank and his attainments, even if he could not leave Mount Carslegh, he could still contact Dahlia
who was outside of the Soul Realm.
James sent away his confidant.
Then, he sat in a lotus position on the ground and used a mysterious cultivation method. An invisible sigil appeared, floated out

This whole time, Dahlia had been waiting for James’ news. Suddenly, a sigil appeared before her. The sigil transformed into a
figure that looked exactly like James.
“I’ve already slipped into Mount Carslegh and already have a plan to rescue your villagers. However, I just learned that the
Heaven-Eradicating Sect’s Deputy Leader has come to the Soul Realm. If you want to save your grandfather, find the deputy
leader, and tell him not to act recklessly. I don’t want
to have to save your grandfather, and then go back and rescue him.”
Once the message had been delivered, the figure disappeared.
“Granduncle is here?”
Dahlia was overjoyed.
Right after, she suddenly calmed down and said, “No. I can’t let Granduncle take any chances. I shouldn’t let him disrupt James’
plan.”
She entered the Soul Realm without hesitation and began searching for her granduncle’s whereabouts using her intelligence
personnel along with the special symbols used by their sect to leave behind secret messages.
After James relayed the message to Dahlia, he closed his eyes. He used the sigils he left in the dungeon to scan and study the
formation. The formation was highly complex, making it hard for ordinary people to break it. However, it was only slightly
challenging for James and would only take 100 years to unravel.
James set up a time formation around his body and began studying the formation. It did not take long for him to have a thorough
understanding of the formation.
“I already know how to undo the formation. It’s time to act.”

James dispersed the time formation and stood up. He walked toward the door, pushed it open, and left the room.
It was already nighttime, and the sky was full of stars.
James strolled through Mount Carslegh, avoiding the guards stationed around it, and gradually made his way to the dungeon.
