seeing James escape the Soul Realm, he quickly reunited with James.
“Are you alright?” Daegus asked worriedly.
“It’s nothing serious. Let’s leave this place first.”
James was worried the Soul Race’s soldiers would chase after him and that they would have to fight again.
The two quickly left for the deepest part of the Chaos and advanced for a long time before finally coming to a stop.
They arrived in an unknown small world of the Greater Realms.
After reaching a dense primordial forest, James sat in a lotus position and urged the power of the Life Path to heal his wounds.
James’ external injuries were easy to treat. However, Tobias had struck him several times, and he forcibly persisted for a long
time. Thus, he suffered severe internal injuries, which would need more time to recuperate.
Daegus took out a healing elixir and gave it to James, saying, “You should consume this healing elixir first.”
James accepted the healing elixir and swallowed it.
After drinking it, James felt a warm current flowing through his throat. A refreshing wave spread and nourished his injured body.
It took a long time for James to stabilize his wounds. For him to fully recover, he would need rest.
