James stopped to tend to his injuries.
Although the injuries were quite severe, they were not fatal, so he recovered quickly.
“Thea, I’ll take you back to the current base of the Heaven- Eradicating Sect. You’re pregnant now and shouldn’t be reckless. At
this critical moment, your safety is paramount. Only when you are safe will my mind rest at ease,” James said while looking at
Thea.
Thea nodded her head and said, “Okay, I’ll be more cautious from now on.”
Right after, James escorted Thea away and returned to the Heaven-Eradicating Sect’s base. Afterward, he departed and entered
the Chaotic Void, finding an uninhabited place to change his aura and assume the appearance of Wyot once again.
However, he did not hastily return to the Doom Race but continued his training, while the imposter sent by the Heaven -
Eradicating Sect vanished.
James continued his training, journeying through various universes.
Soon, the news of what happened with the Doom Race spread. Word of Thea’s rescue spread throughout the Greater Realms,
and only after James received this information did he return to the Doom Race.
In a mansion on Mount Doom, Yemima sat across from James.
James furrowed his brows and said, “I’ve never expected that so much would happen among the Dooms during my absence.
James from the Human Race came to us and rescued the Human Race’s matron, Thea. How is Sir Youri supposed to continue
with his plan?”
Yemima was also puzzled, “I heard from the clan elders that at the time, James was already trapped and injured, but Xezal
opened the formation, allowing him to leave.”
James asked, “What’s the deal with Xezal? She knows James mastered the Blithe Omniscience, so how could she open the
barrier formation so willingly for him?”
Yemima replied, “Who knows? It’s pointless to discuss these matters at this point. Let’s wait for Sir Youri to return and decide.”

“Where has Sir Youri gone? Why hasn’t he returned after such a huge incident involving our race?” James inquired with a
puzzled expression.
Yemima shrugged and said, “I have no idea.”
James returned to the Doom Race.
Currently, everyone in the Doom Race was speculating about why Xezal opened the formation. If it wasn’t for her, James would
not have escaped. However, Sir Youri was still absent, so no one dared to confront her. Moreover, they could not find her even if
they wanted to question her.
Xezal was quite mysterious. No one in the Doom Race knew where she was in times she did not appear voluntarily.
James also tried to find her to gather information. However, he could not detect her aura despite extending his Divine Sense
throughout the entire Doom Race. Thus, he had no choice but to stay on Mount Doom, cultivating and awaiting Youri’s return.
He wanted to see how Youri would react upon learning that Thea had been rescued.
Meanwhile, Youri arrived within the restricted area at the back of the Cloud Race’s mountains. The restricted area at the back of
the mountain was protected by a barrier formation. However, the outermost formation could not hinder him.
Youri quietly passed through the outermost layer and appeared where Soren was being held. The man had been trapped in this
place for quite some time now. During this period, he had been negotiating with Soren, hoping to obtain the Blithe Omniscience.
However, Soren was uncooperative. He had one condition for handing over Blithe Omniscience, Youri needed to break free from
his entrapment and allow him to leave the formation.
Outside the formation, Youri sat cross-legged.
“Soren, I’ve compromised as much as I can,” Youri said, looking at the formation before him. A helpless expression appeared on
his aged face. “Now, the only thing you can do is trust me. Otherwise, it won’t be long before your physical
body is completely destroyed. Once your body is gone, your soul will likewise disappear.”
