Xezal said, “Leave James to me. Everyone below the Terra Acme Rank should leave the Cloud Realm immediately. I’ll distract
James while everyone else goes to deal with Soren. We should get rid of him first.”
The powerhouses below the Terra Acme Rank left the area one after another.
James noticed some of them trying to flee the area and quickly activated the formation around the Cloud Universe.”
When the Permanence Acmeans arrived at the universe’s border, they realized a formation had already been cast to trap them.
They urged all their strength to try and break the formation but were to no avail.
Left with no other option, they returned to the Soul Realm.
“We’re in trouble. The Cloud Universe has already been sealed by a formation. We tried to break it, but our efforts were futile.”
The powerhouses present realized how grave the situation was.
“Haha!!!” James laughed menacingly and said, “I admit, all of you are very powerful cultivators. I can’t kill everyone, but I’ll make
sure most of you die here and pay the price for the damage you’ve done to the humans and the Primordial Realm.”
James’ laughter echoed throughout the area.
“Shut up,” Xezal sneered and commanded the powerhouses, “Attack now!”
She immediately dashed before James raised her hand and unleashed an illusory palm print at him.
James poured his strength into the Death-Celestial Sword and slashed out. His sword instantly sliced the illusory palm print in
half.
However, Xezal had already appeared behind him and launched another attack.
James sensed the danger behind him and turned around, calmly blocking the attack.
Xezal was incredibly strong and could surpass the limits of time and space. Unfortunately for her, James had cultivated the Blithe
Omniscience.
James could match up to her speed, no matter how fast she was.
Meanwhile, James had a fair grasp on Xezal’s strength.

While he was in his strongest state, her strength seemed rather mediocre.
James met Xezal’s attack head-on but did not suffer much damage. Apart from his Blood Energy tumbling, he was practically
unscathed.
As soon as Xezal engaged in battle with James, the other powerhouses quickly rushed toward the formation where
Soren was being trapped. A powerhouse at the peak of the Terra Acme Rank led the group.
Suddenly, James disappeared from Xezal’s sight. He reappeared in front of the Terra Acmean and slashed out his sword.
The Terra Acmean concentrated all his strength in his palm and unleashed a palm print.
Boom!!!
James’ sword clashed with the palm print.
The Terra Acmean was blasted away by an immense force, which also shattered the void. He was injured after the confrontation
and spat out a mouthful of blood.
Although the Terra Acmeans had very powerful cultivation bases, their strength was still inferior to the powerhouses James had
encountered in the Path of Heavenly
Awakening’s fourth trial.
Thus, James could handle them without breaking a sweat.
Meanwhile, the other powerhouses seized the opportunity to attack the formation trapping Soren.
James suddenly disappeared into thin air. He magically appeared before the dozens of powerhouses, blocked their attacks, and
forced them to back away from the formation.
When he appeared before the powerhouses, it seemed like there were dozens of him flashing throughout the sky. In fact, he was
simply moving at a rapid speed, and it left afterimages.
James managed to force away the dozens of powerhouses in just the blink of an eye.

When Xezal charged at James, her aura increased significantly. She quickly unleashed another palm attack toward James’ back,
giving him no chance to relax.
James promptly turned around and jabbed his sword at her. Xezal’s powers blocked his sword.
To James’ surprise, a powerful force had permeated the Death-Celestial Sword and crept into his body.
The destructive force caused injuries along his arm and spread toward his body.
Boom!!!
The force affected the void around James’ body, and an explosion erupted.
The shock waves from the explosion blasted James away
