The Almighty Dragon General

The Almighty Dragon General Chapter 4501-Maxine was startled by her words.
She had not entered the Quasi Acme Rank and was far from learning about these matters.
Maxine asked, puzzled, “Why are you telling me this? My cultivation base is very low, and these things do not concern me yet.
You should see a Caelum Acmean like Thea or even James instead. What’s the use of coming to me? Also, who the hell are
you?”
‘You can call me Teresa.”
Teresa smiled faintly and said, “Naturally, I have my reasons for reaching out to you. However, it’s not the right time for you to
know yet. Knowing the truth now isn’t going to do you any good.”
Maxine fell into thought.
Teresa continued, saying, “When the number of Caelum Acmeans reaches a certain number, the Sky Burial will befall the
Greater Realms. A Mega Sky Burial is terrifying. When it happens, countless wars will erupt, and the Greater Realms will be
chaotic. Unfortunately, I can’t gain any insight into the cause of these wars yet. I only know that the impending Mega Sky Burial
will be horrifying and involve some powerhouses from the previous Sky Burials.”
Maxine was taken aback and quickly questioned, “Aren’t they supposed to be dead?”
Teresa replied, “It’s not as simple as that. Many powerhouses did indeed die in the previous two Sky Burials. However, the
Chaos existed way back in time. Many powerhouses that have existed since ancient times can sense impending Sky Burials and
have used various methods to avoid them.
“However, it’s impossible to avoid the Mega Sky Burial. When the time comes, these powerhouses will reveal themselves and
grab onto any hope of survival.”
Maxine responded nonchalantly, “I’m not interested in these things. What does the Greater Realm’s survival have to do with me?
We’re all going to perish together anyway, so do I have to fear?”
She had already detached herself from these worldly affairs and did not care if she were to die. After all, everyone was going to
be wiped out together.
Teresa sighed. She did not expect Maxine to have zero ambitions. Even worse, Maxine did not seem to care about anything.

“Then stay here for now. I’ll let you go whenever you come to a different decision.”
After Teresa spoke, she disappeared from the area.
Maxine stood up and shouted, “Hey!”
Suddenly, the gazebo vanished. Maxine attempted to leave the area but triggered a restriction barrier. Her body was knocked
away, and she fell to the ground.
Maxine was battered and bruised after the fall. She got back to her feet and pouted, “What the hell?”
Unable to leave, Maxine decided to live in seclusion in the area.
After all, her goal was to find a place to live alone.
Meanwhile, a middle-aged man sat in a mysterious palace somewhere within the Greater Realms. He looked incredibly
mysterious as his body emitted a dazzling light.
Looking into the distant sky, he murmured, “The Heavenly Path’s luck has shifted toward the humans. It’s a sign that a Mega Sky
Burial is about to happen. I can’t stay hidden any longer and must look for new opportunities to survive it.”
The man had stayed hidden for countless years but knew it was time he revealed himself.
He had to leave seclusion and find a chance to survive the Mega Sky Burial.
Meanwhile, James had no idea the humans’ prosperity was the sign a Mega Sky Burial was about to strike.
The powerhouses that have survived since ancient times were anxious as the time left until the Mega Sky Burial happened was
getting shorter. All of them began to formulate plans to stay alive.
All this while, James was preparing for his wedding with Thea.
