The Almighty Dragon General

“Is there no other way?” James wore a look of helplessness on his face as he said, “I don't want to leave. I know nothing about
the outer bounds, or if it even exists. Asking me to go would be a reckless decision, right? Besides, can you pierce through the
Chaos and let me leave?”
“I may not possess the power to pierce through it, but the Chaos here has been breached before. Although it has since healed,
faint cracks remain. Furthermore, you come from the outer bounds, and your aura can trigger some of its forces. By uniting some
external forces from the outer bounds, I can make a concerted effort to force open a crack for you to leave.
“You can leave a sigil in the Chaos. When you feel the time is right, you may sense it and return to the Chaos.”
Wyndael was well aware that allowing James to leave the sigil behind came with an inherent risk. If James ventured into the
outer bounds and regained his lost memories, he would indeed prove to be one of the main culprits in the Chaos’ destruction in
the past. When that happened, he could use the planted sigil to sense the Chaos, which would be a disaster for the Chaos.
However, he believed in James, which was why he dared to allow him to leave the sigil. Every choice had its consequences, and
once made, one had to bear some of the burdens.
He patted James’ shoulder and said, “I believe in you, Thea believes in you, and countless living beings in the Human Universe
believe in you.”
“Phew!”
James took a deep breath and replied, “Alright, I promise. However, you must promise to take care of my daughter, and also my
son, Carson, from the Doom Race. Don’t let Wyot manipulate him. By the way, help me find out where Yemima is, bring her back
to the Human Race, and tell her that I owe her. I will make amends if I’m able to return.”
“No problem. Leave it to me,” Wyndael said with a smile.
At the same time, Teresa, who was Xezal’s main self, stood at the summit of Mount Thunder. With just one glance, she saw
through the Chaos and learned the deepest secrets within it. After learning about Wyndael's plan, her expression became
serious too. Her face showed mixed emotions.
James was indeed a ticking time bomb, but leaving him in the Chaos would mean he was still under her control.
However, once he left the Chaos, she would lose control over him, and the situation would become unpredictable, something
beyond her ability to foresee.

“Did Wyndael decide on this plan spontaneously, or was this all planned by the Boundless Master during the First Era of the Sky
Burial Age?” Xezal’s main self murmured softly.
A shadow among the Doom Race stealthily left the Dooms and swiftly appeared in the deepest part of the Chaos.
Wyndael was in the midst of discussing with James when the shadow appeared.
Upon seeing this figure, James was taken aback and could not help but ask, “Xezal?”
Wyndael looked at the shadow and furrowed his brow, saying, “Why are you here?”
Xezal’s clone, the shadow, spoke softly, “Wyndael, you're being too reckless. Allowing him to leave in this manner will lead to him
losing control. It'll introduce numerous unpredictable variables.”
Wyndael smiled and replied, “Isn't this also a solution? He can't stay in the Chaos any longer, and the only option is for him to go
to the outer bounds.”
“True, it’s not impossible, but I want to go with him,” the shadow said.
“Alright, with you going along, I'll be more at ease.” Wyndael nodded.
James was a little puzzled. Who exactly was Xezal, and why did she seem familiar with Wyndael?
“Wyndael, is she Xezal from the Doom Race?” James asked.
“Yes,” Wyndael admitted without concealing the truth but also refrained from revealing Xezal's true identity.
Afterward, Wyndael began his preparations, using James’ aura to attract the forces from the outer bounds. He planned to create
a combined force to forcefully open a crack and send James away from the Chaos.
