James took out a list and reviewed it.
“Our next target will be this elder.”
There were many powerful Malvada Sect elders on his list. However, they would not be difficult opponents now that their biggest
problem, Laduni, had been captured. After dealing with these elders, they would go after Zula. Without the elders, Zula would be
much easier to deal with.
The group had a brief discussion and then left the collapsed universe, heading for the next targeted base. The person watching
over it was a powerful elder of the Malvada Sect.
The Malvada Sect had established many bases to avoid being completely wiped out by the Verde Academy.
However, the Verde Academy already had clear information about their bases’ locations.
With the Verde Academy’s intel, James and his group easily got rid of another base of the Malvada Sect. Then, they quickly
moved on to their next target.
The group acted swiftly and wiped out dozens of the Malvada Sect’s bases in a very short time, significantly weakening the
Malvada Sect’s strength.
The Malvada Sect was left with only their main headquarters, where their Sect Leader and a few elders resided.
James and his comrades gathered in the Tarbitha Universe, a relatively strong universe located in a remote area of the Verde
District. Within one of the universe’s cities, they sat together around a table and held a discussion. A map was laid out on the
table, and the Malvada Sect’s headquarters was precisely marked out on the territory of the Tarbitha Sect.
“Based on the information we received from the Verde Academy, the Malvada Sect’s headquarters is in this universe. They’ve
disguised themselves as the Tarbitha Sect. On the surface, they pretend to be a righteous sect. However, they’re actually the
Malvada Sect’s headquarters. Also, their Sect Leader is using a different name, Yevari Welch.”

James turned to Waleria and asked, “What should we do? Should we launch a direct attack or take a long-term approach?”
Waleria fell into thought. She shifted her gaze to Wynton and Saachi, then asked, “What do you two think?”
Wynton replied, “I think we should play the long game. After all, the Malvada Sect’s Leader is a powerhouse at the Quasi Chaos
Rank. Even though she used evil means to improve her strength, her cultivation base is still terrifying. Except for Waleria, the
rest of us are no match against her.”
Saachi nodded lightly and said, “Yeah. I don’t think we should be reckless.”
Waleria asked, “Then what’s the plan? Don’t tell me we sneak into the Malvada Sect’s headquarters to get a grasp of the
situation first.”
“Great idea,” James, Wynton, and Saachi agreed simultaneously.
Waleria was disappointed by their approach and said lazily,” Go ahead and get it done. I’ll just wait here.”
She was not interested in sneaking into the Malvada Sect’s headquarters.
Saachi said, “I don’t want to go either.”
James looked at Wynton. ‘Then, it’s just the two of us?”
“Sure.” Wynton nodded.
Waleria waved her hand and said, “I’ll be waiting for the good news. Also, be careful not to expose yourselves. I can’t be
bothered with having to save you guys.”
James had no interest in bickering with Waleria and quickly headed out with Wynton. The two hid their auras and
changed their appearances. Then, they left the city.
