The formation had been set up.
James said, “Qiyana, wait here and secretly watch the situation from here.
Inform us if something happens. We’ll head to the next location and set up the formation.”
“Alright.” Qiyana nodded.
James and the others did not hesitate. They left and rushed to the next destination. They began setting up the formation.
The formation they needed to set up this time was complex.
Before they were done setting up the formation, they received Qiyana’s message. “Yui has appeared.”
Upon hearing that, James summoned Yered and the others.
“What happened? Have Yui and the Thirty-six Umbraguards of the Yeftero Race shown up?” Yered asked.
James said, “Qiyana said that Yui has appeared, but she did not see the Thirtysix Umbraguards. I’ll head back to earn us more
time. You guys should stay here and set up the formation.”
Worriedly, Thea said, “Be careful.” James smiled brightly and responded, “Don’t worry. Nothing will happen. Even though my
cultivation rank is low, my physical body is invincible. Yui can’t kill me.”
After saying that, James went back to the initial place.
There, Qiyana was hiding in the dark. She did not expose herself.
With her cultivation rank, she would die once she showed herself.
Yui showed up outside the ruin.
He did not enter hastily. Instead, he stood in the dark, assessing the situation.
The formation had yet to be triggered. Hence, he could not see anything amiss with the area. He used his Zen to scan the area.
Nonetheless, the area had long been abandoned. There were no living beings around.
“I’m Yui of the Yeftero Race. I’m here as appointed.”

His voice was loud.
His voice sounded throughout the dark and the ruin.
However, there were no living beings in the area.
Yui frowned.
Yuvin gave him this exact location, so why were there not any living beings?
In the dark, Qiyana grew anxious.
She knew that James needed time to come here. He needed at least three months.
She did not show herself rashly.
She continued to hide in the dark.
After waiting a few days, Yui marched forward and entered the ruin.
He walked around the ruin, trying to find Qiyana and the others.
Unfortunately, he did not find any living beings.
“Are they not here?”
Yui frowned.
At this moment, the Thirty-six Umbraguards hiding in the dark appeared.
“Saint Yui, there is nothing here. Have we been toyed?” An Umbraguard spoke up.
Yui shook his head.
He had no idea what was going on.
“Since there isn’t anyone here, let’s go back,” said Yui.

As no living beings were around, Yui did not want to stay here any longer. If the Glaciem Race wanted to target the Yeftero Race
or the Ancient Four, they would make another announcement.
Yui decided to return to the Yeftero Race and make arrangements.
Seeing that Yui was about to leave, Qiyana became anxious. She had to show herself now.
Just as Yui was about to leave the ruin with the Thirty-six Umbraguards, Qiyana appeared.
