She approached from the distance, and her spectral body slowly became more substantial.
The Dark World was riddled with holes after Xayal had devoured some parts of it.
However, Thea restored it with every step she took in the void.
Many living beings have died tragically in battle.
Yet, they came back to life as soon as Thea passed by.
Thea was the Dark Heavenly Path’s consciousness, which operated the Dark World.
She could change anything in the Dark World.
James stood in the void and watched as Thea slowly approached.
Meanwhile, Xayvion had infiltrated into the depths of the Dark World.
Even the Dark Heavenly Path could not sense his presence.
Xayvion was waiting for his opportunity.
His goal was to devour Xayal and replace him.
If Xayal were to successfully recover, then Xayvion intended to continue following him.
However, he had plans to replace Xayal if things did not work out.
After witnessing Xayal’s body blasted into pieces, Xayvion could not contain his excitement.
His heart pounded rapidly at the rare opportunity.
After Xayal’s body exploded and vanished into the darkness, Xayvion immediately took action.
He used his strange powers to collect the shattered pieces and forcefully collected their energy.
Although he could not collect everything, he secured about eight pieces.

Xayvion quickly left through the Halcyon Road after achieving his goal.
His next plan was to find a safe place to cultivate and absorb the Xayal’s energy.
His cultivation base would improve by leaps and bounds after refining them.
He might even reach the Yuraeceon Xaelm Rank he had always dreamed of.
Meanwhile, James had no idea what Xayvion had done.
After killing Xayal, he lost the powers of his past and future forms.
Moreover, he had completely exhausted his current body's powers.
He was still standing firmly, completely relying on his strong will.
Thea slowly approached him, then came to a stop right before him.
James looked at the familiar face with a bright smile, then opened his arms.
Thea immediately leaped into his arms.
James tightened his arms around her.
However, he suddenly sensed that Thea’s body was fading away.
Startled, he asked, “ What’s happening?” Thea broke away from his arms and looked at him with a faint smile.
“T’ve restored the Dark World and resurrected the deceased.
My actions have violated the Dark Heavenly Path’s rules.
“T'm a consciousness of the Dark Heavenly Path, born to deal with Xayal.
Now that he is eliminated, my mission has been completed, and I shall return to the darkness.” “Huh?” James panicked, grabbed
Thea’s hand, and said, “I don’t want you to go.” “T can’t bear to part with you either.” Thea looked at James tenderly as her face
slowly became translucent.
“What can I do? Is there no other way? Do you have to return to the darkness?” asked James.

“Well, there is a way.” Thea smiled and said, “Now that Xayal is gone, I’m supposed to return to the darkness.
The Dark Heavenly Path isn’t supposed to have a consciousness or feelings.
My only option will be to give up everything and separate myself from the Dark Heavenly Path.”
