Big Novel

The Almighty Dragon General

Soon, following the fluctuations of the space, James appeared.
"James, where are Xzavion and the others?" Truett asked anxiously.
"They have begun recuperating." James glanced at Perthacus. "Did you call me here to meet Mr. Wulte?"
Truett shook his head. Then, he and Perthacus explained everything to James.
After listening to everything, James smiled. "I knew long ago that the Timaeus Sect would be like this."
While speaking, he looked at Truett. "It isn't a big deal. They're giving out one hundred Yuraeceon Daelm Rank's Fifth Tribulation
elixirs. We'd have to be idiots to refuse them."
"If we want them, you should be the one to accept them." Determined, Truett said, "You're our backbone."
James grunted in response. Then, he withdrew the energy ball floating in the sky. "Alright. Is there anything else?"
Truett did not expect James to agree so easily. Hurriedly, he asked, "James, do you not have other opinions about this matter?"
"This is only the beginning." With a smile, James continued, "It's nothing new. There will be more schemes later. As long as we're
in this together, they can't break US apart."
At the mention of that, he glanced at Perthacus. "Mr. Wulte, what do you think?"
Awkwardly, Perthacus nodded. "My mistake. I should've taken it out when everyone was around just now."
He reflected on his mistakes.

Even though Mount Martialis had risen, Perthacus could not change his careful and cowardly personality.
"Let's head back!" James reminded Truett, "The time formation has been set up. Hurry up and restore your physical body. You
still need to participate in the third round."
"He doesn't need to participate in the third round." Suddenly, Perthacus said, "The Sect Leader has put him on the list of the
twenty people who will participate in the Forladtt Trial."
Upon hearing that, James and Truett turned back to look at Perthacus strangely.
"This is the Sect Leader's decision." Perthacus felt awkward.
"How magnanimous!" Truett snorted and said, "I will participate in the third round."
Then, his body flashed and disappeared.
Perthacus took two steps forward. "Hey, wait."
"Is there anything else?" James asked.
"It's not that I don't trust you guys." Perthacus explained, "I'm afraid that Truett would be placed in a difficult position, so I..."
"You did well." James nodded at him. "However, to avoid putting him in a difficult position, you made him feel worse and even
more shameful."
Leaving those words behind, James made a move to leave. However, in the process of doing so, he was engulfed by a
magnificent energy from the void. It took him away.

When he opened his eyes, he realized he was in an unfamiliar area.
Turning around, he saw a familiar figure. The latter had his hands behind his back, his back facing James.
"Yegor?"
