The man's hair, eyebrows, and beard were as white as frost. His aura seemed
ethereal, and it seemed like he was an immortal being. Even James, who had
cultivated the Chaos Yin-Yang Eyes, could not see through his cultivation
strength.
Yukha hurriedly flew over to him and landed on his shoulder as if he were her
real master.
James was slightly intimidated but still mustered up the courage and shouted,
“Come back, Yukha. Otherwise, I'll find a male bird to mate with you!"
Yukha trembled and said, "Please save me, Grand Patriarch."
The elderly man replied calmly, "Since you've become his pet, you should follow
orders. Although you're the flying spirit beast's primogenitor and a powerhouse
with an Eight-Star Combat Power, it's not humiliating for you to be his pet.
Instead, you gained a huge blessing by chance."
Yukha's heart pounded anxiously. She was counting on the Grand Patriarch to
uphold justice for her and did not expect him to side with James. Her hope of
escaping the fate of becoming a pet to James was instantly shattered.
In the past, she had always had a high status and had been arrogant. She was
wise in both civil and military skills. She had hardly any opponents. Never would
she have imagined someone like her would have ended up in James’ hands.
"Chosen One." The elderly man got off the green bull and walked over to James.
He bowed and clasped his hands respectfully.
James was flustered to have someone with so much seniority bow down to him.
He frantically waved his hand and said, "Y-You're not the Yin Ancestral God, are
you?"
The elderly man replied smilingly, "That's me! I'm the Yin Ancestral God, Hador
Delms."
James gasped in shock.
Yrian had mentioned that only one person had a Nine-Star Combat Power in the
Ying World.
James immediately assumed the elderly man had a Nine-Star Combat Power
since his Chaos Yin-Yang Eyes could not determine his cultivation rank. He also
suspected the man of being at least at the Xaeclon Rank.
'Oh shit. If he really is at the Xaeclon Rank, then I'm toast for torturing two of his
most trusted subordinates. Will I have to reincarnate again?'James thought. He
asked cautiously, "Are you here to seek revenge and punish me?" "Seek
revenge?" Hador was briefly stunned by his question, then burst out laughing. He
twirled his beard and asked, "What kind of crime have you committed?"
James pointed at Yukha resting on the elderly man's shoulder, then looked at
Taotie hovering in the void.
Hador instantly understood and said smilingly, “They were arrogant, thinking they
were stronger than you. It's their own fault. If anyone had to be punished, it would
be them for being weak."
James immediately felt at ease. He smiled and said, "I was just playing around
with Mr. Taotie. I'm..."
"Yrian, take Taotie away." Hador suddenly interrupted James.
Yrian cast a gaze at Yukha, then disappeared with Taotie.
Hador waved his hand, and a soundproof barrier wrapped around them. Then, he
summoned two jars of Chaos Absinthe. One of the jars floated toward James.
James watched as Hador sat down and took a sip from his jar. He smiled, then
grabbed the jar and sat down opposite him.
