The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet (Thalassa and Elowen)

Chapter 203
Evelyn reckoned the hottest dude she’s ever laid eyes on was that Mr. Sinclair she bumped into last time in Hollowbrook.
At first, she thought he was Isabella’s boyfriend, but then Thalassa told her he was actually her boss, not Isabella’s squeeze.
Then, out of nowhere, Mr. Sinclair built a mansion for Thalassa.
This started to smell funny to Evelyn, and she started suspecting that Mr. Sinclair might be Thalassa’s boyfriend.
Last night. Thalassa didn’t come home all night, and when she came back in the morning, she was crying her eyes out, saying
she wasn’t good enough for someone.
This got Evelyn thinking: maybe Thalassa’s boyfriend was her boss, Mr. Sinclair.
She figured maybe the person who looked down on Thalassa was also Mr. Sinclair.
Oddly enough Mr. Sinclair dropped Thalassa off at home again today.
Was he toying with her, not wanting to marry Thalassa but also not letting her go?
These rich kids, all of them playing the field!
What did they think her daughter was?
If they were sincerely in love with her daughter, she won’t object, but if they were just messing around, she won’t hold back.
She, Evelyn, ain’t scared of nobody. If anyone dared to hurt her daughter, she would give them hell!
Evelyn, with Elowen and Sophia’s hands in hers, was high–tailing it home.
She was going to have a chat with Mr. Sinclair, and this time, she won’t let him off easy!
“Grandma, I’m tired, I can’t keep up.” Little Elowen, with her short legs, was struggling to keep up with Evelyn.
“Little one, hurry up, don’t keep your grandma from finding your dad!” Evelyn, impatient and unable to wait, scooped up Elowen
in one arm and, with Sophia in the other, made a beeline for home.
She was worried that if she was there a moment later, Mr. Sinclair would be gone.

He made her daughter cry last night, and she needed to have a word with him.
Just as she bent down to pick up Elowen and her gaze shifted towards the road, a black Rolls Royce zoomed past her.
By the time she came to, the car had already passed her, and she was still holding Elowen, hurrying home.
Meanwhile, at the playground’s basketball court, two cute little boys were studying their basketball and pump.
Those were Atticus and Dorian,
They also came to the playground with their grandma, and while Elowen and Sophia enjoyed the slide, Evelyn kept them
company.
She was in such a hurry to get Elowen and Sophia home that she forgot that Atticus and Dorian were still there.
Atticus and Dorian loved basketball, so they were messing around on the court.
But their basketball had a small hole and deflated quickly.
Evelyn didn’t want to buy them a new ball, so she told them to bring the pump and inflate it whenever it deflated.
They’d already pumped it twice, and the ball was flat again.
Just as they were about to pump it up again, they realized the needle for the pump was gone.
Atticus asked Dorian, “Weren’t you the one holding the pump? Where’s the needle?”
Scratching his head, Dorian pouted and said quietly, “The ball rolled onto the road earlier, and when I went to fetch it with the
pump, the needle might have fallen on the road.”
“Let’s go find it then,” Atticus suggested.
“Uh–huh Dorian quickly nodded in agreement.
The two kids, one holding the ball and the other holding the mini pump, walked through the playground with the slide, heading
towards
the road.

Suddenly, there was a loud bang from around the corner.
Someone’s tire had blown out, and the sound was deafening.
Terrified, Atticus and Dorian immediately stopped in their track
