The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet (Thalassa and Elowen)

Chapter 670
As Lysander’s presence neared, she felt was a potent mix of masculinity and raw power. His heavy breath intertwined with
Thalassa’s in a subtle manner.
His lips met Thalassa’s in a soft brush as a butterfly’s wings.
Thalassa’s body jerked in response.
Lysander’s deep-set gaze went dim; his body and mind were aligning on the same front. They both desired her.
He bit her lips and devoured them.
Thalassa’s body went lax; her hands were clutching his pajamas instinctively.
Just as their emotions were hitting a crescendo, the shrill ring of a cellphone from the bedside table cut through the room.
Thalassa flinched and startled like a deer in headlights. She pushed Lysander away and averted her gaze; her eyes were
shimmering and darting elsewhere.
Lysander was left unsatisfied; his eyes were filled with displeasure at the interruption.
Snatching up the phone, he answered in a sharp tone, “What is it?”
David all tensed up the other end of the line due to the unexpected dose of his boss’s anger. He reported cautiously, “Mr. Sinclair,
Bruce just bought a mansion worth a billion dollars. The transaction has just been finished.”
The conversation was projected through the speaker through the voice call.
Not only did Lysander hear it, but Thalassa also heard it loud and clear.
Thalassa’s heart clenched. She shot a disbelieving look at Lysander.
What did David just say? Bruce bought a mansion worth a billion dollars? Where did he get so much money?
As she was staring at Lysander in surprise, he was looking back at her too. The deepness and intensity in his eyes were
receding and replaced by an icy sharpness.

Thalassa’s boiling body froze right down to her pores as their eyes met.
She quickly reached for her phone from the other side of the bed to check her messages.
Sure enough, there was a notification for a bank transaction. Five minutes ago, a billion dollars was deducted from her account!
Thalassa’s hand trembled as she held her phone; her mind became a blank slate.
Bruce used her card to buy the mansion!
But didn’t she give that card back to Lysander?
Lysander ended the call and tossed his phone aside. He grabbed Thalassa’s chin, forcing her to face him..
His handsome face was taut as cold as ice, “I returned the card to you so you could buy things you liked. And you...you used my
money to support your dad. Is this how you repay me?”
Lysander’s eyes flickered with rage, his grip tightening.
He put the card in her bag for her to spend as she wished.
It was the billion and ten million that their son Atticus had slyly taken from him. It was Atticus’ filial gift to her.
He respected Atticus.
Thalassa’s chin throbbed in Lysander’s grip, her head pounding with pain. She grabbed his hand and pleaded, “Lysander, listen
to me...”
“To your excuses?” Lysander spat out; his anger made his breath ragged. He let go of her chin, got up, stormed out of the room,
and slammed the door behind him.
The heavy sound of the door closing echoed in Thalassa’s heart; even her soul was trembling with the impact.
She rubbed her sore chin, brows furrowed in confusion. She had no idea what was happening.
Lysander said he had put the card back in her bag?
She had no clue about it.

How did the card end up with Bruce?
She had no idea Lysander had returned the card to her, let alone given it to Bruce.
