The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet (Thalassa and Elowen)

Chapter 678
Dorian, Elowen, and Sophia had all called him ‘Dad’ already.
But Atticus, ever since he arrived at the Royal Estates, had been quite the rebel. Either he was looking for his mom, or he was
simply not getting along with him.
But today, Lysander finally heard his childish voice, calling him ‘Dad’.
Something deep within him stirred.
The feeling was hard to articulate, but it felt wonderful.
Lysander softened his tone, which was a rarity, “I was going to discipline someone, but your mother asked me not to interfere.”
“Oh, I get it. Mom’s gonna handle it herself, right?” Atticus bobbed his head in agreement, his curiosity piqued.
He was thrilled to see his dad so cooperative with his mom. At that moment, he felt like a child who both had the praise of his
father and the love of his mother.
And that was truly a joyous thing.
“Perhaps.” Lysander was curious himself as to what Thalassa was up to.
He glanced at his wristwatch, “Already half an hour late, still planning on going to school?”
“You just said I could take the day off. I’d like to stay home and use the computer.” Atticus got back to business.
“Alright.” Lysander respected his wish and left the study.
Just as he was about to leave, he instructed Fitch, “Monitor his computer time.”
Fitch promptly nodded, “Yes, Lysander.”
Watching Lysander drive off, Fitch wore a pleased smile. He could see that Lysander cared deeply for all four children.
Having him monitor the young master’s computer time was also out of concern for his eyesight.
The previously cold and quiet Royal Estates now had a warm and lively atmosphere, and it was wonderful.

After waiting at home for a while, Thalassa received a call from Bruce stating that they could now go sign the documents online
at the housing authority. The house was officially theirs.
Thalassa was to bring the relevant notary along.
The process of purchasing a house was to pay, sign the contract online at the housing authority, and then someone would
notarize the house under her
name.
The property wouldn’t become hers without notarization.
Upon hearing Bruce’s words, Thalassa calmly responded that she understood and she would be there soon.
She did not express any urgency, but she also let Bruce know that she would be coming.
She was worried if Lysander would agree to let her handle it herself, as he had not responded to her text after a long time.
It wasn’t until Bruce called, stating that the housing authority’s network was back up, that she understood what Lysander had
meant.
Thalassa quickly arrived at the housing authority. Bruce, along with the developer’s representative, was already waiting for her.
Seeing her arrival, they hurriedly proceeded with the online signing, afraid that the network might crash again if they waited any
longer.
Thanks to the joint efforts of the developer’s representative and Bruce, the contract was quickly signed and the villa was
registered under Thalassa’s
FS FE < =
name.
As Thalassa stepped out of the authority office, she briskly walked ahead.
Bruce jogged to catch up with her with an ingratiating smile on his face, “Thalassa, you should show the contract to Lysander. He
shouldn’t have any problems with it, right?”

“He gave me a billion for me to spend. What can he say if I used it to buy a house?” Thalassa continued in her haughty tone,
letting Bruce know that she was thriving by Lysander’s side.
“That’s true. Oh, and when you get the thirty billion, don’t forget to tell me. We can come back to the authority office and change
the name on the contract, I’ve asked the staff and they said changing the name won’t cost any fees within a year of online
signing.”
“You’re very thorough. Don’t worry, it’s just a matter of days.” Thalassa chucked as her gaze fixed on him, noticing that he didn’t
seem to be in any hurry to leave.
