The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet (Thalassa and Elowen)

Chapter 691
Seeing him surrounded by that grumpy aura of morning fog, Thalassa remained frozen in bed, not daring to move.
Maybe he lost sleep because she woke him up with noise?
Just as Thalassa was feeling uneasy, Lysander got out of bed, grabbed some clothes from the wardrobe, and began to change
right in front of her.
He stripped off his pajamas, révealing a toned, lean chest and eight-pack abs; his chiseled muscles were full of strength,
embodying all the wildness and danger of a man.
Thalassa was caught off guard by the sight of his body. Her heart skipped a beat; she hastily averted her eyes and held her
breath.
Why was he changing clothes right in front of her?
“You’re to stay in bed today. The housekeeper will bring you breakfast,” Lysander said in a magnetic tone as he buttoned up his
shirt with a calm demeanor.
“Stay in bed?” Thalassa questioned as she sat up quickly. She accidentally moved her ankle, thus wincing in pain..
She looked down at her foot in pain; it was already wrapped up like a mummy.
Only then did she remember the events of yesterday at Phoenix Mountain.
She had sprained her foot and couldn’t walk properly.
She looked back at Lysander; he was watching her with deep, seemingly displeased and reproachful eyes.
Thalassa felt guilty and said in a weak tone, “I forgot that my foot was still injured for a second. Did you get a doctor to treat it?”
“What do you think?” Lysander gave her a cold glance, putting on his suit and tying his tie.
The way he tied his tie was leisurely, dignified, and deft.
Only then did Thalassa realize that the man in suits actually tied his own tie every day

“Thank you. If it weren’t for you yesterday, I might have been torn apart by wild monkeys without anyone knowing,” Thalassa
sincerely thanked him.
If no one had come and saved her from that helpless den, she would really have been in grave danger.
As soon as she finished speaking, she saw Lysander’s oppressive, eagle-like gaze fixated on her.
Seeing this made Thalassa feel uneasy. Had she said something wrong?
Did that “thank you” upset him?
Lysander was always unpredictable and left her puzzled.
She simply couldn’t understand what made him angry or pleased.
“Um, I want to get up and freshen up. Do you have a crutch?” Thalassa quickly changed the subject.
Without a word, Lysander strode over and offered her his hand.
Thalassa stared at his hand in surprise. Feeling uncertain, she reached out to take it. He hoisted her up with ease.
With Lysander’s arm for support, Thalassa managed to hobble to the master bathroom. Only after she was securely, positioned
by the sink did he let go
of her. Instead of leaving the bathroom, he took out a toothbrush and toothpaste and began to squeeze the toothpaste.
“I can do it myself.” Thalassa started.
Lysander’s cool gaze shot over before she could finish. Thalassa shrank back.
Next, he handed her the toothbrush with the toothpaste already applied, took another one for himself, and started brushing his
teeth.
Thalassa felt slightly awkward.
The first toothbrush he took out and applied toothpaste to was supposed to be for him, right?
But she had mistaken it for hers and said she could do it herself.

He probably just went along with it and gave her the prepared toothbrush. Then he just took another one for himself.
But why was the first toothbrush he took out pink?
Lost in thought, Thalassa barely noticed that Lysander was almost done brushing his teeth.
Snapping back to reality, Thalassa started to brush her own teeth.
“Mommy, Daddy, get up! The sun’s gonna burn your bums,” a sweet child’s voice called from outside the door, breaking the
morning silence.
