The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet (Thalassa and Elowen)

Chapter 739
She saw it with her own eyes. A woman, all smiles and clearly infatuated with him, entered the hotel with Lysander. The woman
couldn’t help but lean into him, even in front of a crowd.
Then she heard that sound again. The reality of the situation was undeniable,
Thalassa remained silent. She managed to press the ground floor button in the elevator, her body swaying as it descended. Her
heart felt like it was sinking too. It dropped into an abyss of pain.
As the elevator came to a halt on the ground floor, so did Thalassa’s heart. It was a weighty sensation, leaving her gasping for
breath.
She stepped out with her legs weak but her demeanor steady.

Hertha could see Thalassa’s distress but said nothing, fearing anything she said would only add to her pain. She followed
Thalassa out of the hotel in silent support.
After stepping outside, the night breeze brushed against their skin.
Despite it being summer, the wind felt cold against Thalassa’s face. It stung her like the winter chill.
Instead of leaving, she sat on a marble bench near the hotel’s entrance. Hertha joined her.
Hertha knew she was hurting when she saw Thalassa’s pale face and her gaze fixed on the ground.
She couldn’t hold back her frustration. “Thalassa, we should’ve stormed in there and confronted them. Why did we just leave
without a word?”
Lysander was just too reprehensible.
He had four kids, and he was still fooling around?!
“And what would that achieve? By what right could we confront them?” Thalassa’s voice was frail. It was barely a whisper under
the streetlights.

Hertha paused, suddenly understanding Thalassa’s earlier plea for restraint.
Thalassa had told her that Lysander had never acknowledged her as his girlfriend, let alone his wife.
To Lysander, she was merely a tool for revenge.
Even if they had children together, what did that matter?
In the realm of love and relationships, not even children guaranteed stability.
Thalassa had no standing to confront Lysander, even if she saw him with another woman.
Hertha felt great sympathy for Thalassa. She couldn’t do anything to help, other than be there for her.
What could she do against Lysander’s power and status? This was the most frustrating and infuriating part about all this.
In hotel room 1008, Lysander lounged in a high-end wicker chair.
David stood by his side, watching a woman and two men fighting on the bed in front of them.
Long-legged Lysander, the epitome of relaxed elegance, was smoking as his deep eyes watched the trio on the bed.
It was Charlotte and the two men she’d hired to kidnap Thalassa.
He had them fighting, promising freedom to the victor.
These three had all been involved in Thalassa’s kidnapping, with the two men even planning on assaulting her.
Lysander had only learned of this recently. Alaric was the one to inform him..
They should be grateful they hadn’t caused Thalassa any serious harm.
Otherwise, the consequences would have been much more severe.
Given that Charlotte was a woman, she naturally couldn’t handle the two muscular men. She was initially beaten up badly. She
even got spanked until she made involuntary noises.
Embarrassed, Charlotte came up with a plan. She whispered promises to each man, offering herself to the one who could beat
the other.

Upon hearing this, the men started fighting each other, leaving each other battered and bruised. One even broke his hand.
In a fit of rage, one man sat on the other’s knee, breaking it with a sickening crack.
