The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet (Thalassa and Elowen)

Chapter 790
After Thalassa had spoken, her hand, clutching her clothes, instinctively tightened. She chided herself for her naiveté. Why
would she blatantly change clothes in the bedroom?
Didn’t she know that Lysander was right there?
She should have changed in the bathroom.
Now that he had seen her, she felt a mix of embarrassment and awkwardness.
Lysander sat up, and the blanket slid off him, revealing his muscular upper body. His chest was firm, his abs well-defined,
exuding raw
power.
Just last night, it was this body that held her and controlled her, drawing her deeper and deeper into pleasure.
As Thalassa’s gaze fell upon his body, she took a sharp breath, her face flushing. She quickly turned around and hurriedly went
to the bathroom.
Watching her shyly retreat, Lysander’s eyes deepened.
He remembered her saying she was powerless against his body, that she liked how he was built.
Those words had deeply touched him.
Thalassa got dressed, freshened up, and when she came back, Lysander was already dressed, looking distinguished and
sophisticated, a stark contrast to his demeanor in bed last night...
Thalassa quickly averted her gaze, announcing, “I’m heading downstairs.”
With that, she left the room. Lysander didn’t say a word and went into the bathroom to freshen up. Downstairs, breakfast was
ready, with only the maid attending the table. Fitch was nowhere to be seen. Thalassa checked the time. It was just past nine in
the morning. Fitch must have taken the children to school. Yesterday, the children were frightened at the mall. She wondered if
they were feeling better today.

But seeing as they were able to go to school on time, they should be fine.
Thalassa sat down and started on her breakfast. Soon, Lysander came down and took a seat opposite her.
His presence seemed to make the entire space grow cold. Thalassa slowed down, as if afraid to disturb him.
Lysander glanced at her and in a deep, husky voice, said, “Eat up. Don’t be shy.”
Thalassa blinked in surprise, then nodded slightly, replying, “Okay, got it.”
After finishing breakfast, Thalassa thought it would be the chauffeur taking her to work, but to her surprise, Lysander drove her
himself.
As Thalassa sat in the passenger’s seat and Lysander took the wheel, she turned to look out the window, watching as the
scenery whizzed past.
Neither of them spoke, and soon they arrived at the headquarters of the Crawley Group.
“Drive safe,” Thalassa said as she got out of the car, attempting to lighten the heavy atmosphere.
As she spoke, Lysander’s gaze deepened. If it weren’t for the fact that she was standing outside the car, he would have pulled
her in for a deep kiss.
Meeting his intense gaze, Thalassa understood the implication. She turned away in fright, almost running away.
If she didn’t leave now, she wouldn’t be able to escape from him.
Lysander watched her retreating figure before starting the car and driving off.
When Thalassa arrived at the secretary’s office, Betty wasn’t there.
It was already ten in the morning, and Betty should have been at work by now, unless she had taken a day off.
Recalling how Betty had taken her necklace to sell at the mall, and how she had been kicked by Lysander after she had
threatened her children, Thalassa figured she must have taken the day off to recover.
Thalassa settled down at her desk and started working.

“Thalassa, come to my office for a moment,” Ethan called out from the doorway before leaving.
“Okay.” Thalassa quickly put her work aside and followed him into his office.
