Chapter 1159
Rosalie was stunned. Her eyes were gorgeous with the shimmering.
Jonathan’s gentle breath landed on her face, enchanting her.
Then, his fingertips gently slid across her eyes with an irresistible charm, causing her heart to flutter.
“No, I won’t choose to leave.” She opened her red lips slightly and spat out the answer.
How could she leave when he loved her so much?
Rosalie’s words were like the most beautiful sound to Jonathan.
He couldn’t help but lean over and kiss her lips.
“Rosie, do you know how much I love you?”
“I know, Jon...”
Because he loved her so much, she was willing to let the past stay in the past. She would like to form a family with him and
spend the rest of her life with him...
In Strico’s prison, Kurt looked at the person appearing in front of him with surprise in his eyes. Then he chuckled. “I didn’t expect
you to visit me one day.”
“I didn’t expect to come to you one day, too,” Warren said slowly. He was dressed in a suit with a pale face, but his cold and
solemn face looked sick.
“Why are you here to visit me, Mr. York?” Kurt said, “We had nothing to do with each other before. Now, I am in prison, so there
seems to be nothing I can do to help you, Mr. York.”
“Being here for you means you’re currently of use to me,” Warren expressed with indifference.
“Oh? I’d like to hear more about it,” said Kurt.
“As far as I know, you altered Jonathan’s memory before, right? You hypnotized him, made him forget about his feelings for
Rosalie, and even replaced some of his memories with false ones,” Warren said.
Kurt was taken aback. While many knew that Jonathan had lost his
memories, only a few knew that false memories had taken their place.
Even Amelia, Rosalie’s friend, didn’t know, yet Warren did.
“What are you planning?” Kurt’s face darkened.
“Don’t worry. I’m here to discuss a deal with you,” Warren continued, “I want to learn who you hired to hypnotize Jonathan, and
then I need information on locating this individual. Regarding the reward, I can work out a way for you to have a more
comfortable life in prison. If you have any wishes or requests, I’ll consider fulfilling them as long as they don’t harm anyone. It
depends on what you desire.”
Kurt stared at Warren as if he was determining if Warren was speaking the truth. After a while, he said, “In that case, I want to
know who you plan to hypnotize.”
Warren said coldly, “Myself!”
Half an hour later, Warren walked out of the prison and got in a black car waiting outside.
“Drive to the airport,” Warren ordered the driver in the front row coldly.
“Yes,” the driver answered and drove the car to Strico Airport.
Warren looked out the window at the scene outside and thought about how he would rarely revisit Strico.
Even if he did, he might not go to meet Amelia,
Whenever he thought about her name, his heart would ache.
He didn’t know loving someone so much would only hurt him.
Thus, he didn’t want to think about it anymore. From then on, he would seal his love for her and let her live the life she wanted
without disturbing her peace as she wished.
Warren slowly closed his eyes and emptied his mind.
Meanwhile, in prison, Kurt wore a peculiar smile. “I didn’t anticipate someone like him taking the initiative to manipulate
memories. Some folks wish to hold onto a relationship forever, while others aim to erase it. I wonder why he’s so fixated on these
futile emotions.”
No one answered him but silence.
Rosalie would stay with Amelia at the concession stand whenever she was free.
“By the way, has the harassment ceased?” Rosalie inquired.
“That guy hasn’t been here again,” Amelia said. “You don’t have to keep me company frequently. I’m fine. Doing this often will
delay your work.”
“Fortunately, there’s nothing to be delayed. Someone is taking care of the matters in the office.” Rosalie hesitated and said,
“Amelia, Warren has left
Strico.”
Amelia’s hand trembled slightly while she was about to pour Rosalie some coffee. As such, the coffee pot she held shook, and
the liquid inside splashed on the back of her hand.
Rosalie was startled. Swiftly, she removed the coffee pot in Amelia’s hand and put it down. Then, she anxiously looked at the
back of Amelia’s reddened hand splashed with hot coffee. “Amelia, your hand has been scalded. Hurry up! Flush it with cold
water!”
However, Amelia stood still.
Seeing that, Rosalie grabbed Amelia’s wrist and took her to the sink. Then she turned on the faucet.
Splash! Splash!
The cold water washed Amelia’s red and swollen hand.
However, Amelia didn’t feel it at all.
All her thoughts were focused on her friend’s words at the moment.
She didn’t expect Warren to leave Strico without her knowing.
“I’m afraid it will be difficult for us to meet again in the future,” she thought. “We will just be strangers in the future!”
Her heart hurt badly.
It was her decision. Thus, it was expected that Warren left Strico. Yet, she still felt shocked when she heard the news.
“Amelia, you are so hypocritical!” Amelia cursed herself in her mind.
“When did he leave?” she murmured.

“Last night at eight o’clock,” Rosalie said. She learned the news from
Since Warren had chosen to leave Strico, it meant that he had accepted Amélia’s choice.
Amelia didn’t say anything more. She just looked down as if thinking about something.
Rosalie didn’t say anything more. She couldn’t intervene in such a thing.
