Lillian paused for a while and continued, “Callum, I don’t know what happened between you and Madeline, and I don’t want to
get involved with you two either. Madeline’s words had singled me out at the press conference today. As long as there is no more
connection between you and me in the future, this matter would be calmed down.”
Callum’s face darkened slightly. “You don’t want to have any connections with me anymore?”
