Although Carrie was Shannon's daughter, she was still Gregory's daughter and undoubtedly a member of the Salvador family.

"I came tonight to talk about this." Ryan suddenly stood up and turned to Logan with a powerful gaze. "Grandpa, I've come to let
you and everyone else know that I intend to marty Carrie and make her my wife. Please give us your blessing."
With that, Ryan bowed deeply to his grandfather.
At this moment, Logan's eyes widened as he looked at his grandson. This scene was undeniably shocking for everyone present.

"My grandson from the Hoffman family is of higher status compared to Justin Salvador. Why settle for any woman, let alone
marry the daughter of a murderer? If this gets out, we'll become the laughingstock of society!"
Logan's expression turned cold as he shook his head. "I can't agree to this union. It's simply not right." "Grandpa! Shannon is
responsible for her own mistakes. What does that have to do with Carrie?!"
