Wyatt's children came first, before any pursuit of wealth and power.
He promised Yara that he would protect all their children and allow them to live a happy life.
The revelation of Asher and Arnold's relationship sparked an uproar in the online community.
It was a drama the public would not miss. The public and competitors, who wished for the Thompsons' downfall, had a lot to say.
[Oh, my god! That's disgusting. I bet Asher Thompson sleeps around and has AIDS.]
[This is not natural. It's going against the law of nature!]
[I bet he sleeps with anyone in his contact list. I doubt love means anything to those people in that social class.]
[Asher lost his reputation. The perfect CEO is ruined.]
[I can't get over the fact that Asher's lover is the heir of Larson Biotech. The world of the rich sure is thrilling.]
[That goes two handsome guys.]
The scandal threw the Thompsons into turmoil.
Celeste, Sasha, Amelia, and Axel watched over Mila in the next room. As the incident involved the Larsons, guilt and heartbreak
overwhelmed Mila, who had known the truth right from the start. Regret ate Mila up inside.
Arnold was her nephew, and Asher was like a son to her. Of course, she was upset.
Standing at the end of the corridor, Justin took a call from lan.
"Mr. Salvador, we've located and apprehended the individual who distributed the photos of Mr. Asher and Dr. Larson. He's a
paparazzi who would do anything for money. He said he got the photos and documents from an anonymous email, and the
payout was deposited into his bank account. He never met the informant. He only acted on orders."
"Sort him out, but don't kill him." Justin's eyes glinted dangerously.
"Got it. Don't worry. He'll never escape from the nightmare." Ian was indignant.
"Tell me everything he knows about the informant. I'll do the digging."
During his time at the military academy, Justin picked up digital forensics and hacking.
It was time to put his skills to practice.
lan blurted, "You? With all due respect, isn't it faster to get the young madam to do it?"
"Who are you looking down on?" Justin gritted his teeth.
lan gasped. "I'll get right to it."
The call ended, only for another call to come in.
Justin furrowed his brows as the call came from a private number.
He never took calls from unknown numbers. Plus, only a handful knew of his private number.
Still, Justin took the call. "Who is it?"
"Are you operating a hotline? It's so hard to get through to you," Drew mocked nonchalantly.
Justin's eyes lit up. "Drew?"
"How is Ash doing?" Drew's voice turned husky.
The concern was in his tone.
"Chairman Thompson is having a word with him. The whole thing must be a blow to him." Justin was honest without adding any
words of comfort.
Silence ensued for a moment. "What about Wyatt? Did he pass out?"
Justin was speechless. "No, but we are worried that the backlash won't do Chairman Thompson’s health any good."
"He's fine. Wyatt is tough. He didn't collapse even when Bella married you in secret and lost a child. I don't see any reason he
would be crushed."
Justin held his chest, taking the remarks personally.
Drew's comments might just shatter him before Wyatt even collapses.
