Chapter 3530
“Alright, enough of this talk. Let’s have some breakfast.”
Jeff smiled.
“Another thing. While you were coming here, I already sent someone to grab Mandy.”
“Harvey’s pretty impressive, right?‘
“If he finds out where we took his wife and saves her...”
“Then I’ll acknowledge his strength!”
“If he doesn’t manage to get his wife tomorrow this time...”
“I’ll sell her to the Dark Island!”
“The chiefs there love tender–looking women like her the most!”
Jeff revealed his dominance.
“I’d like to see how Harvey will react!”
Elanor’s eyes twitched.
“You’ll get Harvey furious if you do!”
“There’ll be no going back if things go south!”
“Didn’t
you say he was impressive?”
Jeff chuckled coldly.
“You wanted him to stand by me and be my ally, right?”
“Well, now I’m giving him a chance to show off!”
“I’d like to see how he’ll fight back!”
“If he can’t scare me, then what right does he have to go against Joseph?”
“What right does he have to be my weapon?”
“He wouldn’t be worthy!”
“Even if we’re testing him, we shouldn’t do something like this in the first place! What if...”
Elanor wanted to convince Jeff to stop.
Slap!
However, Jeff suddenly swung the back of his palm across her face. She could only sink to the floor, paralyzed.
“What? You’re saying that I’ll lose to him?”
“Fine! We’ll see who gets the final laugh soon enough!”
Jeff crossed his arms and walked away with an expression as cold as ice.
At the Martial Hall.
Peace and quiet regained inside the place after all that trouble.
Dillon found a few of his brothers to help, but in the end, they couldn’t do anything significant except clean up the place.
Harvey didn’t mind, though. He ordered some furniture online and planned to tidy up the backyard soon.
When Xynthia would be released, he wanted her and her sister to stay here as well.
As for Lilian...
As Harvey pondered the situation, the door of the Martial Hall was suddenly kicked
open.
He thought someone was here to cause more trouble again, but he saw Rachel walking inside anxiously.
“This is bad, Sir York!”
Harvey frowned.
“What’s wrong?!”
Rachel’s expression kept changing. She gritted her teeth.
“I just got word that the disciples who were in charge of protecting Mandy were all seen tied up and thrown outside while they
were unconscious!”
Harvey’s expression changed instantly.
“Where’s Mandy?” he asked.
“No clue...” Rachel replied.
Harvey let out a sigh. Since nobody found her yet, that meant there was a chance
she was still alive.
“Her bodyguards were all crippled. Only the Maybach was left there. We have no idea where Mandy’s at right now...”
“Judging from the scene, Mandy must’ve been captured by someone powerful!”
“Maybe... Maybe...”
Rachel was having trouble speaking at this point.
