Chapter 5287
“Hell’s Cut!”
Alani roared, murderous intent exuding from her sword as she charged at Harvey. Eighteen different slashes were combined in
one go, determined to kill. The air started to turn cold.
“Aaah!”
Everyone was shocked to see it. In their eyes, Alani was a true expert. Those who went against her would only suffer death.
However, Harvey remained emotionless when faced with the attack. He twirled his sword, then swung it in front of him. Bam!
A loud sound was heard.
Alani was sent flying, and slammed into the ground. Her face was completely swollen, with a red print on it. She desperately tried
to get up, but to no avail.
“This is your strongest move?” Harvey smiled. “It doesn’t look like much, though.”
“You bastard! You...”
Alani was boiling with anger, but then vomited a mouthful of blood.
Harvey stepped forward and kicked her down.
“Tell me every single person who instigated the entire situation, then kneel in front of Quill’s grave. I won’t kill you if you do.”
Alani laughed coldly, glaring at Harvey.
“No chance, Harvey! Don’t even think that I’d give in to you! Don’t try to get anything out of me, either! I won’t tell you anything!
From the moment I went to the Island Nations.... I was already an Islander through and through!”
“It’s my first time seeing a traitor like you say such righteous words...” Harvey replied.
“You’re still acting so high and mighty now? Are you insane?
Righteous people wouldn’t become traitors. Do you really think I won’t get anything out of you?”
Harvey stomped on Alani’s wrist.
“Are you talking or not?”
Alani shivered, her eyes showing a hint of fear. She knew exactly what Harvey implied: if she didn’t talk, he’d break her arm.
She would turn into a cripple for the rest of her life. Cripples had no worth in the eyes To the Island Nations, cripples had no
worth!
Alani gritted her teeth. “Fine! I’ll talk! The people who told us to come are...”
“Stop!”
Right as Alani was about to confess, a cold voice could be heard at the entrance.
People of the Island Nations and Evermore split apart, making way for the person, looking excited.
It was Blaine. The John family’s guards were there as well, fierce and frightening.
“Stop this instant!”
Blaine looked awful.
“This is Mr. Quill’s funeral! What’s with all this ruckus here, Harvey?
“How dare you hurt all these people here? This is bad luck! How are you planning to explain this to Golden Sands?!”
However, Harvey snapped Alani’s hand. “Will this be enough? I can continue if it isn’t.”
“Harvey!”
Blaine glared coldly at Harvey.
