Unconscious Husband: Meet Her Love In Silence by Ken Slaner

Chapter: 511
Theodore answered the phone and asked in a gentle voice, “Are you awake? I’m outside right now.”
“I got up early! I’m downstairs, and Horace has arrived too.”
Theodore was a little surprised. The excitement in her voice made him assume that she was really looking forward to their date.
This bettered his mood almost instantly.
When he went downstairs, he saw Horace standing a distance away, next to a bright pink car with a strange look on his face.
Even the car was well prepared. It seemed that love was quite capable of inspiring romance in a woman’s heart.
The optimistic grin on Theodore’s face widened. Ignoring the mortified and tense Horace, he directed the wheelchair to the side
of the car, staring at it. This was the first time he ever thought a pink car could look so beautiful.
The car window rolled down, revealing Ariana’s gorgeous face. She was in a lovely summer dress today, with daisy-shaped
earrings twinkling from her earlobes. Her smile seemed more radiant than the sun in the clear blue sky. “What are you waiting
for? Get in the car!”
Theodore’s heart leaped. He tried to calm himself down and glanced at Horace.
Horace immediately understood the look and took a few steps forward to open the car door for Theodore.
Suddenly, Theodore’s good mood completely disappeared when he saw a little kid with her head down playing with toys in the
back seat.

The atmosphere in the car was very strange. Sitting in the driver’s seat, Horace drove in silence. Theodore and Ariana were in
the back seat and they didn’t say anything either. Between the two people in the back seat, the little girl was playing with a duck
toy.
Squeaks of the toy duck echoed from time to time from the back seat of the car.
Horace knew how disappointed Theodore must feel at the moment, so he didn’t dare to look at Theodore’s face. Instead, he
focused on driving.
Alina pinched the big duck’s belly and played with it, making it squeal even more.
She was really having fun.
Theodore could no longer stand the noise, which annoyed him greatly, and confiscated the little girl’s duck toy. He tossed it into
the mesh bag on the back of the chair.
Alina was stunned. She didn’t cry or make a sound though. She just pursed her lips and pulled a toy chicken out of her bag and
pinched it hard.
A shrill noise echoed throughout the car.
Theodore felt he was losing more and more patience and he tweaked his eyebrows to suppress his annoyance.
From the car’s rear-view mirror, Horace could see everything that was happening in the backseat and he had a hard time
containing his laughter.
“How about some music?” Ariana suggested with a hint of embarrassment when she noticed that Theodore was genuinely upset.

Theodore looked at her with a smirk. Before he could say anything, Horace played the music. A rather amusing line echoed in
the deafening music, “You brought other people’s children to date with me. Have you ever thought about my feelings?”
