Chapter 128
Natalie’s fiery temper was no secret to anyone who had crossed her path, and yet, Lydia and Gracia seemed to have forgotten
the lessons of the past.
As they stared at the shattered diamonds scattered across the floor, the realization hit them. like a ton of bricks. They were sunk,
three million bucks down the drain.
Natalie casually whipped out her phone, scanning for the original price of the designer brooch set as she asked nonchalantly,
“Weren’t these brooches priced at over three million for the set?”
“Three million? Do you have any idea how rare it is to collect a full set? It’s worth way more than that!” Gracia shrieked, cracking
her voice as she scrambled on the floor to gather the sparkling fragments.
Natalie glanced down with a sigh at the frantic Gracia, put away her phone, and said softly. “Fair point. But if you crawl to the
door and beg me, I’ll give you six million, and you won’t even need to give me change.”
“You...” Gracia’s face turned beet red, too furious to form words.
With a subtle movement, Natalie nudged the corner of the jewelry box with the tip of her designer shoe, a mischievous smile
playing on her lips. “So are you going to crawl or not?”
Six million dollars. An extra three million out of thin air. No sane person would turn down money, especially since Samuel had
warned them before leaving home that they had to come back with the cash.
“How’s life been treating you lately?” Natalie swept her gaze back and forth between Lydia and Gracia, her voice tinged with
mock sympathy. “Still wearing last fall’s fashion? If I were you, I’d be too embarrassed to even step outside.”

Her words struck a nerve, and the shame on Lydia and Gracia’s faces deepened.
But Natalie’s patience had run dry. She leaned forward and with a swift yank, dragged Gracia to the ground.
“Hurry up!” she commanded in a stern voice.
Natalie had let Gracia off the hook once before, right at the Wright family’s front door. It had been haunting her ever since. Today
was a stark reminder. There was an easy way out, but. they chose the hard way in.
“How dare you lay hands on me?!” Lydia screamed from the side. “Just you wait! I’ll call the cops and you’ll...
Before Lydia finished her words, a swift kick from Natalie sent her phone flying through the air.
“Do you dare?” Natalie’s mocking gaze fixed on Lydia, challenging her.

Chapter 128
The look in Natalle’s eyes was intense. Lydia, recalling the previous threat to send Gracia to jail, felt a chill run down her spine.
“Tll crawl! Just let Gracia get up,” Lydia said through gritted teeth.
“Both of you crawl out,” Natalie replied coolly, giving no room for negotiation.
“Natalie, there’s a limit to how much you can push someone! Humiliating me is enough!” Gracia
cried out.
Before she could finish, Natalie cut her off, “Say one more word, and you’ll both crawl to the mall entrance.”
Lydia turned pale and knelt at Natalie’s feet, shaking her head at Gracia. They were at Natalie’s mercy, holding secrets that could
ruin them.
They had to endure this humiliation, but they vowed to themselves that they would have their revenge one day.
In full view of the growing crowd, the two women bowed their heads and bore the indignity. crawling toward the store’s exit.
Onlookers watched in amazement as Lydia and Gracia, fearing recognition, shielded their faces with their hands, their escape
from the scene as pitiful as it was hasty.
“Natalie, queen of the game, ruthless but efficient!” Rosie, who had witnessed the entire scene. couldn’t help but murmur in
admiration.
As the crowd at the door dispersed, Natalie turned her icy gaze to the stunned sales associate, who had been watching the
drama unfold.
Meanwhile, on the fifth floor, a group of sharply dressed men stepped out of the elevator, striding purposefully across the
corridor.
