Big Novel

The Almighty Dragon General

James entered the Ursa Universe the next instant.
With every step, James glided swiftly and smoothly through several galaxies. Soon enough, he reached his destination, the Ursa
Realm.
In a flash, James found the entrance to the Ursa Race’s Headquarters.
The Ursas had an astonishingly large headquarters as their people had chosen to build it in a mountainous area. James could
see several spiritual mountains from where he was standing.
A gigantic stone tablet was erected right beside the entrance to the headquarters. The word “Ursa” was carved on the tablet in
an archaic script.
James studied the word on the tablet for a bit. Then, he called out loud, ‘The Great Elder of the Doom Race, Wyot Dalibor, is
here to meet the Ursas!”
James’ low voice echoed through the Ursa Race’s Headquarters almost instantaneously.
At the main hall inside the Ursa Race’s Headquarters, multiple light beams were shot down from the sky simultaneously onto the
floor. A person could be seen stepping out of each light beam the next instant.
In less than five minutes, the hall was already filled with hundreds of people.
At one end of the hall, Gaerel Wagstaff, the Patriarch of the Ursas, was seated in an intricately decorated armchair. The man
was known by many as a strong and prominent figure in the Greater Realms.
“Sir Gaerel, Wyot Dalibor must be here for the token!”
“Sir, we mustn’t hand over the token to him! Without the token, we’d lose our leverage against the Dooms! What do we do if they
decide to start a war with us once they have the token?”
Several elders immediately voiced their opposition.
Gaerel lightly waved his hand to calm them down. “We are not sure yet if Wyot is here for the token. I’ll invite the man to the main
hall, so we can find out what he’s here for.”
Gaerel vanished from his seat right after saying that. The man had teleported to the entrance of their headquarters in an instant.

James was still standing in the same spot when he saw a middle-aged man appear next to the entrance. The elegant, friendly-
looking man wore a blue long robe.
He greeted James smilingly, “What a pleasure to have the Great Elder of the Dooms visit us. Please, come with me.”
Then, Gaerel led James to the main hall.
Upon entering the hall, James noticed that there were many strong, fit Ursa men waiting in the room as well. A small frown
creased his forehead.
He turned his gaze toward Gaerel, who had returned to his seat. “Sir Gaerel, what is the meaning of this? You have so many of
your men gathered in the main hall as well. Is this an act of challenge toward me?”
Gaerel let out a soft chuckle. “Of course not, Mr. Wyot. You are our guest of honor. My people and the Ursa elders are here to
welcome you. All of you should offer your greetings now.”
“Welcome, Mr. Wyot.” The voices of those men rang across the room.
James curled his lips and began, “I’ll get straight to the point. I’ve come here today to acquire the Ursa’s token on Sir Youri’s
orders.”
Upon hearing his words, most of the Ursa elders’ faces visibly darkened. One of those men stepped forward and pointed at
James.
“Wyot Dalibor, who do you think you are?! Did you seriously think you can just come into our territory and say anything that you
want?”
James looked at the man who was giving off an overpowering aura at that point.
‘I recognize him. He’s the Great Elder of the Ursa Race. He is also a very powerful and skilled fighter. Countless fighters on our
side perished during the battle in the Primordial Realm because of this man.’ James thought.
James responded calmly, “I’m just here for the token. You can talk to Sir Youri if you have any complaints about this.”
