The Almighty Dragon General

Halianor did not immediately leave the academy even after James had escaped.
The real purpose of Halianor traveling to the Dieux Academy was to verify the existence of Theognostos. It was pure coincidence
that he had managed to stumble upon James.
Halianor stared at the entrance of the Dieux Academy’s main hall.
On the other hand, the members of the Dieux Academy finally felt like they could breathe easier when Halianor stopped
asserting his aura on them.
Lemuel said aloud, “All of you can continue with your work or duties.”
‘Yes, Sir Lemuel.”
Xhemal and the other elders gradually left the main hall to allow Lemuel and Halianor some privacy.
Halianor walked into the hall, and Lemuel followed behind him.
Halianor took a seat in an empty chair. Then, he directed his gaze at Lemuel. “I am still here because I want to ask more about
Theognostos. You said you received guidance from one of their members previously. Then, you must know quite a few things
about them, right?” Lemuel shook his head. “I have indeed received their guidance, but I don’t know much about them. I know
they have many competent cultivators as their members. Also, the leader of Theognostos is a Transcendental Bliss Rank
cultivator. He’s achieved a level of cultivation that exceeds all of our existing perceptions and knowledge.”
Lemuel started making up stories by using what James had told the others as the basis.
“I haven’t been to Theognostos, nor do I know where it is.”
“James was attacked and killed during his previous life. Then, he was reincarnated as the saint of Theognostos.”
Halianor furrowed his brows as he listened to Lemuel.
If Lemuel’s words were true, then Theognostos would be a force to be reckoned with. It would mean trouble for the Yefteros if
they hastily tried to capture James.
However, the Yefteros had just lost their thirty-six Umbraguards, and most of the Primevals had learned of the news. What would
the others make of the Yeftero Race if they were to stay quiet and do nothing about their men’s deaths?

Halianor was feeling slightly conflicted.
He felt that the issue had gone beyond the level of his authority. Halianor swiftly decided it was time to return to the Yefteros’
territory and inform their leader for further actions.
The leader of the Yeftero Race was a Consummation Holy Celestial Rank cultivator. He had begun his closed-door meditation a
long time ago, and he had declared only to end his training after he reached the Quasi Transcendental Bliss Rank. Even
Halianor had not met his leader for a long time now.
“How is the Glaciem Race’s princess acquainted with James Caden from Theognostos?” Halianor asked.
“How would I know?” Lemuel shrugged. “I only allowed James Caden to train at the Dieux Academy because of his affiliation
with Theognostos. That was also the reason why we appointed him as an elder despite his low cultivation rank.”
The Yefteros were still unaware that Lemuel was present during the battle at the Glaciem Holy Land. Lemuel had concealed his
aura, and he did not perform any of his signature skills back then.
Lemuel continued, “The Heavenly Secrets Pavilion is a mysterious and powerful organization. The pavilion master even called
himself the lord of the Dark World.
Perhaps the Heavenly Secrets Pavilion knew about Theognostos’ existence.
Otherwise, why would they pick James’ Tressencia Completare Art as the first place in the Supernatural Signature Skill
Ranking.”
Lemuel turned his gaze toward Halianor. “With James’ powers and cultivation rank, did you think he had the ability or talents to
create the most powerful signature skill that could beat so many other beings from the Dark World and countless planes?”
Halianor raised his brows. “Are you saying the Tressencia Completare Art originates from Theognostos?”
Lemuel slowly nodded. “Mhm. I don’t think a Petit Celestial Rank cultivator like him has what it takes to create the art. I heard
James was only on the Sovereign Rank when he unleashed the Tressencia Completare at the Yefteros’ arena.
Can a Sovereign Rank cultivator truly master the powers of the past and the future?”
