Big Novel

The Almighty Dragon General

Yrian looked at James’ afterimages and sighed, “So this is what a real genius is
like? Others can only drink a cup of the Chaos Absinthe, but he drinks it like
water. Others spend a lifetime trying to study these inscriptions to no avail, but he
successfully deciphers them in such a short while."

"It's said humans are the leaders of all creatures. However, they're cunning and
ruthless. Yet, he wanted to use the Chaos Abisinthe's Chaos Essence to save a
second body. Ordinary people will never come close to his generosity and
loyalty."

Yrian's previous courtesy toward James was because of his identity as the
Chosen One. Now, he admired and respected James from the bottom of his
heart.

Meanwhile, Clayton and Dark Thea were in a palace within a forbidden area. The
two each held a wine jar and leaned against massive pillars. Their faces were
flushed from the drinks, but no words were exchanged.

After a while, Dark Thea suddenly turned her head and asked, "When will my
handsome be back?"

Clayton replied, "I can't say for sure. But he'd be out of our leagues when he
comes out."

Dark Thea frowned and asked, "What kind of place is this? Everything seems
different from the Genesis Worlds."

Clayton poured some wine into his mouth, swallowed it, and said, "You were the
Heavenly Path before, so how are you unaware?"

Dark Thea rolled her eyes and answered, "I was forced to reincarnate. My
memories have been erased. Why would I ask you if I already knew."

Clayton replied, "Do you at least remember being the Ying governor?"

Dark Thea immediately revealed a murderous look and said, "Of course. It's a
memory that's engraved inside my soul. No matter how many times I reincarnate,
they're stuck with me.”

Clayton took another sip of wine and said, "But you almost lost your husband.
That dumbass risked everything for you. He sure is loyal.”

Dark Thea asked, "Are you talking about the good-looking man?"

Clayton nodded and recounted the memories he had learned from James' soul.
After listening to everything, Dark Thea said thoughtfully, "That good-looking man
has suffered a lot for me. I should sleep with him as soon as possible to make up
for it."

Clayton looked at her and said, "It's better not to harm him. You have too many
dangers following you."

"So I'm at fault?" Dark Thea rolled her eyes.

Clayton took another sip of wine and said, “I had no intention of taking you back
to the Ying World. However, I had to keep his mind at ease.

"Naturally, I also felt sorry for you. If you stay in the Genesis Worlds, Tai Chi will
kill you."

Dark Thea retorted, "Her underlings can't kill me."

Clayton asked, "What if she takes action?"

Dark Thea immediately fell silent.

Clayton said solemnly, "It's not impossible. Wesley is powerful, but he can't keep
supervising her. She would risk offending the Law of Paths to get rid of the Tai
Chi Tribulation and secure her position.

"You destroyed her most treasured place, the Ancient Genesis World. The only
two who can protect you there are Yegor and Herodias. However, they've been
imprisoned.

"Of course, James can defend you. However, he has an important duty right now.
If he leaves your side, you'll be in great danger.”

Dark Thea squinted and asked, "Then what can I do here?"
