The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge

Well, Bella was not one to pry into her brother's relationships. Otherwise, she would be keeping an eye on Asher and Arnold's
blossoming love.
"I didn't expect Aaron to burst into the place and act cocky, though." Justin carried Bella to the sofa to sit down. With Bella sitting
on his lap, Justin put his hand on her belly and gave her a gentle rub. He narrowed his eyes at the thought of the earlier
confrontation.
Thank goodness Bella was not on the losing end. Otherwise, Justin would have a say about it.
"Hmph! I smacked him back into his place."
Bella hung her arms around the neck of his neck and nuzzled up to his neck, her warm breath against his skin sending fire to his
loins.
"The Larsons are cocky for a few reasons. They've been on a roll lately, with several successful medical research projects under
their belt. I heard they are close to developing a new drug for Parkinson's. Once they succeed, their pharmaceutical empire will
become global. Their wealth will grow exponentially. Their success fuels their arrogance. Our achievements are nothing
compared to theirs, even with our families put together."
"I can understand them getting carried away by success, but they should only gloat when that happens."
Justin smirked. "Salvador Corporation doesn't dabble in anything pharmaceutical, but I know it takes countless experiments to
develop a drug. There are a lot of bureaucratic tapes to go through. It's too early to determine whether the Larsons can handle
the stress that comes with success."
"Aunt Mila has been with him for many years. I bet Wyatt feels bad that he can't make Aunt Mila his wife. The Larsons took
advantage of that fact and sent Aaron to do a little manipulating."
Bella slapped her thigh in frustration. "Wyatt doesn't give himself a break. I'm mad that he went to work before he was cleared.
Why do we even bother about him when he doesn't take care of himself?" "Don't worry, Bella. Quentin is there to look out for
him. Wyatt will be fine."
Justin gave her a squeeze. "It's early. Why don't you take a little nap? We can pick Wyatt up when you wake up, okay?"
Bella kissed him, her eyes reflecting relief and joy.

...
Although all was looking well with Wyatt at KS Group's headquarters in Hatchbay, he had not quite bounced back yet.
However, he had to show up to instill the employees before encouraged his enemies to stir panic.
He took off his jacket and sank his back on the sofa. Sweat drenched his shirt as he felt drained.
"How do you feel, Chairman Thompson? Are you alright?" Quentin rushed over with water and medicine for Wyatt.
"I think this is it for me, Quentin." Wyatt smiled wryly.
It felt like a gut punch to Quentin. "Don't say that. You had a stroke. You'll be fine if you keep up with the treatment. You're at an
age where illnesses are not avoidable. Logan often gets admitted to the hospital. I heard that Lance has cardia@issues. He's a
frequent visitor at the hospital too. I doubt he's healthier than you. Don't give up on yourself."
"Logan is pretty old. How can you compare me to him?"
Wyatt frowned. "Hmph! As for Lance, he deserves it."
Quentin smiled faintly without saying another word.
"I'm not trying to scare you, but I honestly think my health has been on the decline since my last attack."
